Didn’t like the hotel because it is high capacity (I was there at the end of season so there actually wasn’t that many people there), the meals were self service and sometimes if you come towards the end of serving meals are missing or not quite fresh. It must be utter chaos when it’s at full capacity.
I really liked the spa/swimming pool area, everythig is salt water, the pool is heated, there’s an indoor and outdoor option, whirlpool…
The beach is literally in front of the hotel with direct access.
You get towels and robes in the room.

Rooms were a bit old, but everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding! Prices for the drinks a little bit too high, but a very good service! Staff very friendly and helpful! Parking a few steps away was free. Sunbeds (except those directly at the beach) were free. Water clear and beaches clean. Gym with everything you need (open Monday to Saturday 8-21 Sunday 8-15).

We had some positive and negative experiences. First of all, after we paid extra for the room with a sea view (+50 €/night) it was a big disappointment that after entering the room, we could only see the trees in front of the room. So a room with a sea view only means that you are not looking at the parking lot, but at the trees. The sea was very close, but you had to pay extra for the sunbeds and umbrellas, and also for the use of the hotel’s beach towels.
However, I recommend the breakfast to everyone, because there was a large selection and everything was fresh, and the staff was extremely kind to us.

It was a great experience with very friendly staff and great food. The bedrooms were pretty clean, couldn’t find any dirt or dust, the cleaner were discreet but open for questions and the location (+ the entertainment) was absolutely great. All in all worth to be visited.

All about the location here. Next to the beach, inside Cikat park/forest. The rooms are nothing special for this price (180+ euro /night in August). Dated, weirdly laid out room. For example, the flush button for the toilet is located behind the toilet cover when it’s up…
The “ambiance lighting” in the room is just a fluorescent bulb.. Sound isolation is poor, if anybody walks by your room late at night, or with screaming kids, you’ll hear them perfectly. Also: no hot water kettle and a tiny minibar fridge.

Go here for the location, the friendly staff, the restaurant or breakfast or the wellness. But don’t expect much from the rooms. I’ve had rooms with excellent finish and rain shower and fridge and hot water kettle for much less in equally great locations.

Very nice hotel…good location, very big parking for hotel guests. Small reception and not so many elevators, be prepared for steps if you dont prefer to wait for elevator. Very good, big, clean and comfortable rooms, only mattress was a bit tired. Food is very good but dinning room are to small for so many guests. Pool are is great and beach as well. Fitness and Spa area is for mark 10! Great staff and great service! Good wifi! Recommended!

A beautiful location- right next to the sea and 10 minutes walk to the town of Veli Lošinj. Amazing and diverse breakfasts, kind and attentive staff. The hotel is clean. The rooms are slightly outdated, but that does not negatively influence the stay. The SPA is really nice, massages too. Massagist Ana deserves a special thanks for her attentiveness and kindness!

Very nice hotel, food was very good and well served, swiming pool with salt water was perfect, not too much people in it, everything very clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and ready whenevver needed. The room with sea view was perfect, some good weather was missed during New Year vacations.
The only drawback was a little strange organistaion of New Year Eve dinner, where there was some confusion with the tables. It is true a lot of turist were there with organised bus holidays, but some of guests , that organised trip through some other tourist agencies had some troubles to find the table. Anyway, the staff reacted quickly and solved the problem, but, it was un necessary drawback.

The location of the hotel is uniquely beautiful. It provides an excellent base for excursions and walks around the island. All staff from reception to room service were very friendly and helpful.
It is also an advantage that all reception staff speak both German and English.
At the time of our trip, the main pool and whirlpool were open in the outdoor area of the hotel complex. Both pools are sea water filled.
The cleanliness both in the house and in all outdoor facilities was excellent!
The breakfast buffet has a very wide variety of food and freshly squeezed juices. National cuisine is also offered.
The spa area is one of the nicest. As well as the fitness room and indoor pool. In addition, there is also the possibility to make yourself pretty in the beauty center 😉

Regretfully, this hotel is incredibly misleading. I booked a “sea-side” view, however when I got to my initially assigned room, it merely had an abysmal view of an enclosed area on the ground floor. After pointing out to the staff at reception that I had booked a sea-side room, I was relocated, but my room still had a rather obscured view of the sea. My view was also very overlooked by other rooms, not a feeling a privacy at all. Moreover, the outside pool closes incredibly early, making it difficult to enjoy an evening swim. The rooms are also not particularly well equipped. There are no tea or coffee making facilities and the bathroom felt like something from a student dormitory. The towels were also rather cheap too with bits of the towel falling off every time a shower was taken. The kitchens also bizarrely close at 9pm, even in the height of the summer season. The hotel is also very crowded with families during the summer. I was hoping for a bit of seclusion or at least an adult only area, but it sometimes felt like a ghastly version of an overcrowded holiday camp.

This hotel has so much potential, but it has the vibe of an elderly people’s home and is, quite frankly, dishonest owing to me initially being allocated a courtyard view room after paying for a sea view room. After a long journey to get here, it ended up being a rather stressful experience at times. Completely contradictory to the marketed “vitality” feeling I was supposed to enjoy. The WIFI is also terrible, difficult to conduct Zoom meetings here or use streaming services. Some staff are very pleasant and really go out of their way to help. The excursions desk is very helpful indeed. One of the only redeeming features is breakfast. Aside from that, generally speaking, it was below what I had expected.

  1. Great place! ❤️ We had a very spacy Superior Campsite to cope with our 8,3m caravan. Enough space additionally for parking the car as well and having a tent for the kids.

Very quiet campsite surrounded by other families with kids.

Friendly staff. Clean sanitary facilities with sufficient capacity.

30min Walk to the city Center with lots of restaurants and a crowdy center place in the evening. Perfect to have a walk after dinner 🐟

We can definitely recommend this place.

  2. Very large camp with good infrastructure for everything is needed and beyond. Attention while book is necessary. Avoid places situated close to larger alleys, restaurants, aqua park, shops. It may be really loud especially in poll area – almost every night there is an official party driven by djs. Premium and superior spots are perfect for campers not tents – hard ground. Beach is nice but crowdy.

  3. The camping place is definitely nice, clean with modern sanitary equipment. But price ratio is not adequate for it, sorry. We paid over 80€ per night with no sea view and one half paid child plus two washing machines. Laundry service cost more than double the price as mainland high class camping spaces for same equipment.
Because of weather the aqua park was closed which is understandable but no deduction, especially if you come with kids and cannot use it.

  4. Great Campingsite! Very clean and we’ll maintained. The staff at the check-in was very helpful, if you use the online check-in, everything is done in a couple of minutes.
We had a mobile home and we enjoyed it very much. Clean, modern, quiet for a reasonable price.
