    Rooms have a bit of an 80s feeling. More like a 4 star than a 5 star…service is good but not perfect. IMHO they lack some of the little details to make them a 5 star worth coming back. Their beds were particularly uncomfortable with spring mattress that need a quick replacement!

    Stunning views over the bay. Excellent service. A bit outdated rooms however the location and environment makes up for it. Big private beach, everyone’s friendly, great f&b. Highly recommend

    If I could give 6 stars for service I would. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant / buffet is the best on the beach. Big pool. Kids clubs. The staff were so helpful and nice. They couldn’t do enough for us. I’ve never had service like it.

    Beautiful location and nice pool area. Outdated rooms and no room service in 1 week. We had to change our room after 1 night. The second room was better. Please bare in mind that you have to pay extra for the sunbeds. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel.

    Awesome!!!! Everything is great. There are many activities for kids and staffs are nice and helpful especially when you are in Alpicclub. Kids love them. Everyday they have a program for you to join.

    The beach is just fews steps from the hotel or if you prefer a swimming pool, they have a big one, it’s clean!!!.

    We took “Trilocale” room. It’s perfect for a big family. We get a good deal. Sometimes you would like to cook by yourself…this kind of room is perfect!! There are many tools to support your cooking!! You can sit and have a perfect view while eating.

  4. The rooms on the upper floors have great views. Some of our group stayed up there, but I stayed on the ground floor and the room wasn’t very nice. It was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. I would have given this place 5 stars if the rooms were nicer.

    The hotel is very beautiful. The pool is great and is surrounded by all these trees and bushes with tons of flowers. The beach is only a minute walk from the pool.

    You can sign up for a package that includes breakfast, and their buffet is tasty. Service is great too.

  5. We spent a long weekend in Elba and stayed at this hotel. The structure is framed by a beautiful garden, from the room there is a breathtaking view of the landscape. Cozy, clean and bright room. The staff was always available, friendly and attentive. Great food with a lot of variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. We had a great time, we will definitely stay here if we decide to go back to Elba again.
