Normally it is a 4 star Hotel, nice location not far from Monastir. The beach is in front nice rooms and savoury dishes. However needs some attention to repair some defects. The staff is very friendly but some of them have to be fired out.
And make sure you safe some shampoo and shower gel for the day after….. they are making some economy 🙁.

I’m currently working in Tunisia and have moved here for work purposes, not by choice. Where do I start for a review?

The laundry bags say that a chambermaid will pick them up, you have to hand them into reception and pick them up later. Please take a phone with you to search through this darkened storage room.

The rooms are fairly basic, there is a TV but no remote. Cleaning staff are courteous but wet mop the floor before they leave, make sure you have flip flops. There is no plug in the sink and the shower has been designed poorly. You have to get into the bath to turn it on. Good luck finding warm or hot water, it took several complaints to get this sorted.

Reception staff are down right rude and I would like to meet a few of them on a dark night to educate them in how to speak to paying customers. A desk is no protection for rudeness

The food is good and the beach bar is also worth a visit.

Today o asked for an iron for my clothes, not a good response. Yesterday I asked for a chair in my room, again I’m still waiting

Would I stay here again by choice? Never I would rather be homeless. This is a hotel built for all inclusive, I think that paying customers are considered as alien and are treated as such

Be prepared for good weather, a good pool, some good food and really disrespectful staff

    Enjoy your stay

I went with my mother for our holidays to Rosa Beach in September. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, but with some obstacles. Rooms were not ready at check-in time and we waited till 3:30pm to get our room. We requested in advance two single bed and received one bed. Some staff at the reception was not very much helpful and almost rude. But if you are lucky, you can catch as well professional and friendly staff. Beach towels were available at the reception for a deposit of 10 Euros and you were able to change them every second day. The gym was closed for no reasons, even I asked prior booking if the gym is open and operational. I asked every day to give me the keys for the gym, but the answer was always, that some machine was out of order and they were waiting for somebody to repair. On my 9th day I offered to repair the machine, because they were not able to manage it. Meanwhile I was using a gym (Blue Gym) located about 4km walk from the hotel and paid each time 10 euros entry. Food was OK for an all-inclusive offer. Specially the sweets and cakes were delicious. In peak hours you needed to wait a bit for your food, but this is understandable for the size of this hotel. Drinks, like water, coffee, tea, cola and instant juices, including alcohol was free of charge. What of course some of the tourists completely exploited. The hotel animators have done a good job to entertain the guests. However, my recommendation is not to take a room facing the pool, as it’s going to be very loud music during the day and quite annoying. Regarding the sunbeds, they are free, but sometimes hard to catch. Guests are reserving those sunbeds in the early morning with a towel and then going to breakfast. So, it can happen, that a most wanted sunbed is unused till noon. To have a swim in the pool, the best time is in the morning from 9am or over lunch time, otherwise swimming is not possible of all the people. Swimming at the beach is possible, only when you walk 80 meters through the shallow coast. But please take care not to be burned by a jellyfish. It happened to me on the first day and was marked till last day. One day, for lunch, we came from the beach to have shower in our room and we were left without any towels for 24 hours. I asked the reception twice for towels, but no reaction. The got dispensaries for densification liquide at entry to the hotel and restaurant, but they were empty or not functional. Again, it was not a bad holiday trip and the beach was nice, but I wouldn’t go to the same hotel again.

Absolutely NOT a 4 star experience.
We had a poor experience, I can relate with newest reviews of this hotel, the fact that there is no answer from hotel is telling you what they think about customers feedback.
As Tunisian I was very disappointed as I want tunisian tourism to thrive but they should listen to customers constructive feedback and plan to enhance experience.
    Areas to improve:
    – Cleanliness : room, corridor(stinky carpet), restaurant.
    – Amenities: No sleeping pillows ,no soap, you have to beg for everything that’s supposed to be there at check in.
    – Hire a manager who will be responsible to check that the rooms are fully clean and ready before customers check in.
    – Food and beverage quality .
    – Terribly understaffed, frustrated hotel employees with zero hospitality skills serving overbooked hotel with no follow-up on customers experience.
    – Hire someone who will be in charge for pool and beach experience especially booking and reservations of sunbeds (chaise longues) which absolutely need rules and guidelines as residents leave their towels from 7AM in the morning and no available sunbeds after 9AM !!!
This hotel had potential, with right employees and better management it could be a way better experience.

Rooms were dirty, like no one had moped the floor.
    WiFi didn’t work.
We didn’t have shampoos in the bathroom.
They charged us 15€ more from the amount in booking and they told us it was taxes.
A very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

at 3AM we heard the noise of a key to a door turning and someone struggling, it woke us up. We looked at the door and a male was standing staring at us. as he seen we were awake he quickly shut the door and left. Our room door was locked from the inside which means the room cannot be accessed without a key that only the staff have access to. The manager then acted like we were lying about the situation. We called the police to open a report. Buffet food is shockingly bad you would think there would at least be one nice thing but it was terrible. The staff were extremely judging looking me and my partner up and down. any time we would enter a room. The only helpful, nice staff were Alexandria and Claudio do not recommend this resort to anyone

Clean and comfortable, with a great view of the water. The rooms (especially if you get one by the water) are lovely. However, it’s a little odd. The whole vibe was a little off. Hard to describe why. There was music playing constantly, kids crying, and “events” (karaoke, etc.) every evening. A character breakfast. Also, much larger than it looks from the photos — more than 700 rooms, spread out close to as well as far from the ocean. Many don’t have a view of anything. Odd beach/pool policies as well. They close early, and certain areas require additional payment to enter. That said, the worst part of our stay — by far — was the food at the ‘fancier’ of the two restaurants on the premises, the “Blu Restaurant.” It was (honestly, truly not an exaggeration) the worst food I have ever had. The undercooked pasta was served coated in a slimy, flavorless sauce that rendered it inedible, and the overpriced fish was completely flavorless and undercooked. If you stay here, avoid the upstairs restaurant at all costs and just eat at the buffet-style restaurant downstairs. It was much better, and more bang for your buck. Can’t recommend going out of your way to stay here, but can’t recommend avoiding either.

The place is just an attempt to look good. The pictures online are better than reality. Wifi is really bad, even in the bar it actually does not work at all. And worse, noone even seems to care about it when asked. It might well be impossible to repair. There is a hidden compulsury cost of €20 for the pool which then is closed from 13 to 15 hours… go immagine! Also, they want you to wear swimming caps, at 35 degrees C.
It is not possible to pay with money in the bar, but you have to use their internal “rechargable” card. Mama mia! Draught beer is more expensive than bottled, go figure if they plainly are not deceiving.
The rooms are tiny, they are describing a 25m2 as a “spacious” quadruple room 🙂 There is no beach, only rocks. They give you only 1 access card, which by default makes it impossible to run the AC in the room while you’re out. It is hot!
There is nothing to eat between the official hours of meals. I like to be able to order anything exactly when I want it, that is not available here

We enjoyed a week at Torre Cintola with our one year old daughter. Positives: great staff that were very lovely with our daughter (Mariangela “ball” ❤️, Paolo, Luca, Flavia, Dario, Nico…) and great cleaners (always going above and beyond, friendly and very thorough)! Lovely breakfast (yummy cakes and croissants), and great pool and beach access.
Slightly less positive: Walls of our suite were a bit thin, neighbours were arguing in the evening and sadly we could hear it quite clearly.
There’s a lot of evening activities during busy season, which might be good to know when you book a room with kids that go to bed early.

we stayed for 5 nights, we arrived at 14:00 but they said we will got it in 30 minutes, but we got the room at 16:30, breakfast too poor compare it to the price, the swimming pool is good but the beach side is not accessible and dangerous to swim because lot of rocks, you need a car to travel around specially at evening of you are planning to go out for dinner or any other plans. also you need to pay taxes per night in addition to the price you paid on booking (will be charge at the lobby) they said it is for hotel facilities (parking, ⛳️ golf…)

  1. Needs a proper supermarket, I feel like a captive audience. They are also too rigid at meal times especially breakfast, they were cleaning the table whilst we were still sitting there, they also cleared the tea and coffee away dead on 9.45, too rigid.

  2. Lovely setting. Friendly staff. Much too noisy for our liking and staff quite restricted in flexibility, all decisions needed to be referred up. Clientele and service not well matched. Lovely pool

Mixed rating so this represents the average

  3. Really nice place and the animation staff is excellent. Unfortunatelly after the bad experience of this years, won’t be back in future. And I can’t recommend this place to anyone who wish a relaxed holiday.

  4. this resort is the worst I have stayed. The installation is very old fashion, not well maintained. the bedroom is pretty small, no window..there is small patio that lights the room. Decorarionis also terrible. I felt I was lockes and under claustrophobic mood.c
additonally there is continuous and annoying music that plays all day in the swimming pool.At night thre is music as well..I felt I was at the disco. there is no empathy for people who wants really rest. The music only stops at 1 am.
the restaurant is big the food is average however you feel you are in a fish market due to noise.
I really don’t recommend it at all.
    it is not a resort

    it is a nightmare.
