  Croatia is beautiful but this hotel not so much. Room was very tired and small, air con in the room non existent. Food was of a very poor quality and badly presented like the staff just didn’t care. If you go on holiday and spend a lot of time in the hotel and grounds then do not pick this one. Would not recommend and would definitely not return.

  Great hotel in the quieter end of Cavtat. We had a superior sea view room, the room was modern and large with lots of storage. Comfortable large beds beds. Large bathroom with great shower. The balcony offered stunning views and great sunsets.

  The room and hotel was clean and staff helpful and polite.

  We had all inclusive the food was nice but lacked a bit of choice and variety. There was a lovely outside terrace for dinner and drinks which looked out to sea.

  There is a boat to Dubrovnik you can get that is only a 5 minute walk away.

  Cavtat is a wonderful place a lovely 15 minute walk along the promenade into the centre with lots of restaurants, some shops and Bars. There are 2 lovely harbours

  We were a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but it exceeded our expectations and more. Ignore the really negative reviews, not really sure why they are so critical. Nothing wrong with the food just the variety, air con was on when we were there from 12 th June, so not sure why that is mentioned staff are pleasant and helpful. Yes the entertainment is aimed at the many french guests but many people aren’t interested in entertainment anyway. They are so many other nationalities in the hotel too it’s not predominantly french

  For a 3 star hotel it was better than we expected. We stayed all inclusive for a week and didn’t want to leave.

  We had the garden view room which was a bit small but nice, we had everything there we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Cleaning was to a good standard, including linen change and fresh towels. You can also get your clothes washed and ironed for a small fee.

  Restaurant was nice, the food was great for a 3 star hotel! Good spread for breakfast from cereal and yogurts to cheeses and cooked food. Always a variety of fresh salads and fruit. Lunches and dinners were nowhere near repetitive as some of other 3 star hotels I stayed in, there was always something new as opposed to revamping lunch leftovers for dinners. And plentiful to the end of serving hours. We thought we would be eating out a lot more than we actually did, it was not boring and the pizzas were very addictive.

  In all honesty drinks could have been better, the soft drinks were very sugary which made cocktails not great. Beer and wine good. I would have much preferred paper cups for pool side as the amount of plastic I have seen disposed of was bad and there was no recycling bins.

  Overall the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant although the animation was mostly for French speaking guests. They were still pretty inclusive if you wanted to join in. All staff were working hard, very helpful and friendly.

  There are two smallish pools. The picture of the main pool must have been taken with an estate agent camera lens but hey, the beach is a few metres away and the sea is very clean. Sea shoes are a must as there are a lot of urchins.

  Location is perfect, pleasant stroll to Cavtat which has lovely restaurants and it’s significantly cheaper there than Dubrovnik. There are regular boat trips to Dubrovnik as well as bus service. I would also recommend the boat trip to Blue Caves or the 3 islands one.

  Would I go back? It’s a big fat YES from me. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

  The strangest hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

  We didn’t read the reviews before coming.

  – Breakfast and dinner at the hotel buffet is inedible. Tasteless and lacking any sort of nutritional value. We ended walking into town for meals.

  – We booked a Superior Double Sea View with balcony, however upon checking in we were put in a Standard Twin Room.

  – Hotel pools aren’t large enough to cater for amount of people.

  – Hotel beach is average at best.

  I stayed at this hotel for a week in September and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. The location is fantastic and would definitely recommend it. The staff is wonderful and a special thank you to Peter on the reception who always had a smile and a welcome to everyone. Nothing was too much for him. The only thing I would recommend is less food and better quality. Thank you

  Very large & impersonal hotel with a clinical envirnoment offering no warmth.
  Fortunately, ate out but told food not desirable by other Brits staying there. Breakfast poor & cold. Sadly, no English tea available & orange was not juice was a fizzy alternative. ..odd!
  Pleased that only an overnight stay to be close to the airport for return home from Montenegro holiday.

  Spent a week at this hotel. To start, it is definitely not a 4 star hotel but rather a 3 star if we include all the facilities and location. Some key details below –
  1. The location is great. The hotel is close to Airport and very close to Cavtat. Public Beach is right outside and there are a couple of great restaurants in the vicinity.
  2. The room was good – spacious and clean. However, rooms are not cleaned everyday (in our one week of stay, the bed sheets were not even changes once). Used Glassware is left unchanged as well.
  3. Food is horrible. The semi trained cooks (yes, they can’t be called chef) at this hotel have the skill to extract the soul out of the food. Meats were overcooked and were mostly dry. While the sea food and fish was not fresh (you get a feeling as if they are giving you frozen fish). Food tstaws stale, was cold and often repeated. If you take an all inclusive, be prepared to eat out!

  Overall, will I stay at this hotel again – Probably No!

  The Hotel is situated in a lovely bay, it is clean and tidy but the big down side is the food. All the food we had was only cool to eat half the time there was alot we didn’t, basically it was rubbish. When your all-inclusive the food is a big part of your stay.

  Arrived last Sunday booked through jet 2 all inclusive four star plus and yet this is really a two star resort. Booked a superior room with a sea view and got a room that was average with a view of the sea once you peered over your balcony to the left hand side. I would not describe the room as superior in fact the whole hotel is rather tired and dated and very depressing and the staff appear uninterested and unhappy.

  The room came with a mini bar which in real terms is an empty fridge however with a price list. After complaining and after some time trying to find rooms with a sea view we managed to find a room that did have a sea view as per description when booked. This was due to a lovely lady called Anna who was concerned we were were unhappy.

  The food in the all inclusive package is bland beyond belief and leaves you with no alternative but to eat out as we did every night. With respect to drinks your all inclusive package lasts until 23.00 when all drinks become payable and you are limited to white or red wine one type of beer and some dubious spirits which you will not recognise and therefore you wouldn’t know their origin and their content. On our final night we ordered two glasses of wine and to our amazement the bar attendant took time to clean out two lovely glasses and then poured out four measures into each glass we did think this was a lovely touch until she said how do you want to pay? We told her we were all inclusive at which point she took the wine from us and then pulled out two small glasses she didn’t bother to clean and poured from a jug two glasses of red wine !!! You can imagine how rubbish this made us feel and we didn’t realise that all inclusive really means second class !!! don’t ever under any circumstances consider coming to this hotel for your holiday!!! if like us you work hard for your money then spend it elsewhere but definitely not here

  The hotel is not up to the promised four-star standard! It is maybe 2.5. The hotel advertises that it has been completely renovated, but that is not true. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and in good condition (although small). A 4 star hotel should have a lot of things in order but this one is not. For example: 1. the staff are rude, they only do the minimum and when the customer asks. They have no proactive service attitude. 2. the food is just awfully bad and cold. In addition, no one takes care of the cleanliness of the serving dishes, spoons floating in the serving bowls, etc. 3. The public areas are large and uncomfortable, no one sits in them. 4. The air conditioning in the public areas does not work, it is very hot. And on the other hand: the doors are open and the heat comes in. 5. The public areas are not very clean, there are dishes on the tables and the tables are dirty. 6. The shower facilities in the gym are absolutely awful 7. There is no advertised tennis court 8. The advertised table tennis equipment is really old.
  All in all, such a poor standard shows that the hotel management is not professional. Failure in so many areas is a skill. I complained to the Reception manager (Tonci Cumo) but she passed the buck to the Sales manager. No one takes responsibility.
  They don’t know how to do it here, they have no travel experience at all. I do not recommend this place.
