Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I’ve been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t regret it.
Staff was great. Got a couple drink vouchers when we checked in with some fresh cookies. The lady assigning us was very nice. We asked for a couple adapters since UK uses different outlets on a deposit so we returned them when we checked out. Breakfast was good. Reserve the rooftop restaurant when you check in. Super popular spot and the views are great.
By Myman Pessy (4 months ago)The location is ideal. We asked a room with a view and we got it!
The room was clean but I m a bit disappointed in the bathroom. The shower gel holder and the bottle were, quite ironically, dirty.
The bedding is very comfortable but the beds roll to easily.
Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this place. The staff is nice.
We didn’t try the breakfast.By E Gilbert (6 months ago)Really amazing serviceBreakfast was great
Staff were helpful
Abdul the receptionist was really exceptional
The staffs are well trained and were polite at all times.
The front office teams are the best👌
The location is perfect and view from the executive rooms are beautiful
I think the TV in the room should be allowed access for screen mirroring or smart phone connections. Would have appreciate YouTube on or Netflix.
We were told the executive lounge serve food all day but apparently there are time schedules.
The overall service was amazing anyways.
Thank you to the entire staff and management. We will definitely come again
By Akogun Peter Temidayo (4 months ago)We stayed here for one night and it’s a beautiful looking hotel, very modern inside. We thought we’d book the executive room to try the extras of the lounge and a slightly better room. The room was very standard, a big room but quite a small double bed, I’ve stayed in standard rooms at other doubletree’s which had better beds and look more modern. Upside was the bathroom was decent although very small. Every member of staff we spoke to was brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area which helped us. I would definitely stay again but wouldn’t bother paying the extra for the executive upgrade.By Rick 88 (a month ago)Fabulous hotel which is well located for business and tourism. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The staff in the Exec lounge are extra special. Always smiling and welcoming. The Hilton Honors app with the ability to have a digital key and avoid check in/ check out is brilliant. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and it is one of my favorites in London.By Hugh Hendry (5 months ago)

My sisters and my mum took me here for my birthday and what can I say…it was spectacular. We went for a buffet lunch and the variety was awesome. We took a walk around the grounds which were really beautiful before chilling in the lounge area. Price point was appropriate for such opulent dinning.
Parking was no problem and the vibe was really chilled no stuffy business.By Mrs C.P Shako (6 months ago)We provided the sound system for our friend’s memorial service in the Potting Shed yesterday. Every team member we met went out of their way to help us… from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely sincere people. The best ever…thank you so much.
The food was excellent too. PeterBy Peter Doggett (5 months ago)The Legendary Glasshouse at the Grove, what a great place to take your partner, friends or even have an office lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. The food is a buffet yes but not what many associate with buffets, this is a high end buffet with great selection of food from around the world cooked to perfection. And as good as the food is the service is even better, when we sat down waiting staff called Diane came over and immediately introduced themselves and that they would take care of us. This is exactly what they did, and when drinks were delivered late Diane got more upset for us. Diane was absolutely on as were all the other staff who provide the absolute best customer service, polite and genuine conversations. This a definate recommendation for those that are foodies and love a great experience.Various live counters included, Italian pizza and pasta, great and tasty roasts with sirloin and desserts to die for with a fondue chocolate fountain to top it off.
The bathrooms are immaculate and self contained with all the amenities you could need. The views and drive through grounds of the Grove were beautiful and picturesque.
Put The Grove on your list of must visit dining, you will not be disappointed.
By chris ohanians (3 months ago)Stunning with such beautiful grounds! We went to the Glasshouse to eat but had a wander around the facilities which are vast! The attention to detail is very impressive! Art work is so unique & creates a beautiful place to visit! The food was amazing, staff attentive, it so well worth a visit especially for a special occasion!By Claire Beeson (a week ago)We stayed there whilst attending our niece’s wedding. The rooms were clean snd luxurious. The staff were attentive and customer service was excellent. The staff responded promptly to questions concerning missing items. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive, as part of the wedding party we had our own exclusive dining area.By nidhi uppal (3 months ago)

Amazing customer service!! We stayed here as my baby had surgery at the Evelina and after visiting the hospital a few months back the kind doormen helped us to get a taxi which I was very thankful for, so I knew their customer service must be great. Anyway the hotel staff couldn’t have made our stay any more lovely. Our room was beautiful and they even left a wonderful gift for us and our baby. Every member of staff that we met was so friendly and took such good care of us. Thank you so so much.
This hotel is in excellent location – you can easily treat this hotel as a base for sightseeing! A large number of London’s attractions you can do by foot!
Great – very “warm” rooms. Very friendly and professional service.
Good fitness center open 24h. Nice pool.
The only (small) thing I could suggest as an area for improvement would be – choice of food for breakfast. Still great experience!
First Rate, Classy Hotel! 😃 We stayed here the week before Her Majesty’s Jubilee and London was bustling, decorating and Happy. Everything about this hotel was just terrific. We’ve been to London many times and usually stayed in small B&Bs with lots of stairs. We decided those days are long gone and this hotel really made me happy! I asked for “A Room with a View” and just gasped when I walked in and there was Parliament and Big Ben! Never closed the curtains for 10 days.
We understood that there was no daily housekeeping and that was fine. I found a housekeeper and got more coffee stuff when needed. I did request the bed and linens be changed once or twice and it was done.
The Breakfast, just Wow, anything you wanted it was there, from a bowl of cereal to a Full English Breakfast!
Location just can’t be beat, 5 to 10 minutes will take you to 2 Tube and Train Stations as well as the London Eye and several Pubs!
We had just a Marvelous stay and absolutely will stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge again and again! Thank you! ❤️
Stayed on business in mid July. On the positive side, the hotel has a great central location. Easy walking to many tourist sites, rail and tube stations. Room was a good size and well appointed. Clean and tidy on arrival.
Friendly staff.
On the downside, be aware that your room will not be serviced at all if you stay less than three nights. This was under the excuse of trying to reduce contacts in the Covid environment.
Given all restrictions have been relaxed, this does not wash. I can accept for environmental reasons that sheets and towels might not be changed, but normally the hotel would at least clean the room and make the bed each day. Not so here. On my return each day, the room was in exactly the same state I left it.
I could not find any teabags and tried to contact reception and housekeeping on several occasions. Nobody would even answer the phone.
I was not alone as several of my colleagues experienced similarly poor levels of service.
Paying ~£380 per night I expect better…..
I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly reduced the room rates.
Very nice hotel, great location, but house keeping is not on par with the hotel. When we checked in went to room unpacked and went to throw something away in bathroom trash can and found it to not be emptied. It had a use feminine hygiene product in it, pretty gross for my first impression. Then went to call front desk and the phone but it didn’t work. Went to front desk to have trash changed and phone replaced and they offered me 2 free beers for the inconvenience. Then a few days later they cleaned the room but took our robes. Called front desk,on our now working phone and they brought some up. A few days later we had a do not disturb on the door from 1500-1700, left the room came back at 2200 and the room was never cleaned.
The rest of the stay was great. Great food very close to two tube stations the London eye shopping area and Big Ben. Nice pool area but you have to make reservations in 20 min blocks, a little inconvenient. They have steam room sauna and indoor pool but no hot tub, which I wanted after walking miles everyday. Had an interior view room which was fine, upgrade to big Ben view was 150 pounds per night. They have a buffet breakfast for 23 pounds per person.
