  1. Beautiful view, modern rooms, responsive and responsive staff.

We asked and they changed our room (showed options).

    Very tasty and varied breakfast.

    Clean and tidy area.

There are two pool areas. Near the central building and next to the beach. It is very comfortable. There is no wind at all near the central building.

    Modern gym and children’s room.

  2. Excellent stay! We arrived very early due to the airline changing the flight time, which meant our 2 year old was very tired. The staff were very considerate and arranged an early check in. Throughout our 5 days there, the staff were always friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and came with a great view (Superior suite).

Breakfast had plenty of choice to cater for everyone’s taste. The restaurant menu had many choices, but limited Vietnamese dishes.

The sunset at the beachside pool is a must see! Recommend this hotel for anyone considering a relaxing break or parents traveling with young children.

  3. Generally speaking, it can be a good choice for its price.

Our bungalow room at the second floor of the two story building had a peaceful view with palm tree and plumeria.

Breakfast was fairly good. And the food and service of Phu Quoc Seafood, a inhouse restaurant, was great.

But, at least two points need to be improved.
First, noise from an adjacent room through connecting door in a bungalow.
Second, buggy service during check-out rush hour. It took thirty minutes even with three calls at noon.

  4. Absolutely amazing hotel with unbeatable price to value. The rooms are spacious (we have a superior twin room for 2 adults and 2 kids 9 and 7yo and it fits perfectly), the private beach is the nicest of the area with well maintained Beach-volley and beach soccer area. The 2 pools are wide and very clean. The food in the restaurant is very tasty as well (we ate there around 7 times and never felt “bored”/ you have a variety of options from healthy Greek salad to Burger, Vietnamese dishes, Pizza or Pasta). The staff is very nice and always here to help. When you see the General Manager helping himself its staff to clean up dishes in the morning breakfast (which is one of the most complete we have seen and we travel a lot), then you understand why this hotel has clearly reached our top favourite list. You have free yoga at 7am, a kids club and tennis court. You can take lessons for around VND 350k (approx USD15) per hour. The fitness is well equipped as well with 4 treadmills and various other machines. Highly appreciated it opens at 6am. You have some nice local restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Thank you to the whole Novotel team.

  5. Low season and great weather in April, the staff is very kind and pay attention to the details. Breakfast buffet has lot of options, rooms on 5th floor (top) have a great ocean view.
Facilities include a fitness & tennis court, 2 pools (Ocean side pool is great, get a cocktail directly from inside the pool). Direct access to the beach for a nice sunset walk.

We stayed at Premier Village Phu Quoc in October 2022.

We were completely won over by the overwhelming hospitality of the staff. I’m sure you too, reading this, know well that hotel staff can make or break a holiday and here the staff team was amazing. Literally, every single person we met, gardeners included, greeted us with a smile – in short, we were treated like royalty.

We stayed at the three-bedroom Hillside villa overlooking the bay and it was absolutely flawless. Very modern design but at the same time so comfortable it instantly felt like our home. Every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. And the private pool – absolute luxury. The breakfast buffet was stunning, rich, fresh, and exciting with plenty of Vietnamese cuisine and Western classics. The setting of the restaurant also added to the ambiance, basically you’re eating on a perfect beach in the shade of the palm trees. The general manager comes and says ‘hi’, greeting every table in the morning in a jokingly relaxed way.

I could go on & on telling you how many things were done right at this resort, but let me just say that while we enjoyed the best massage of our lives (signature 1hr body massage with Miss Chou) our 2 small children were happy playing in the exciting kids’ club with two super attentive nannies who went beyond their way to keep them entertained, we finally found the time to relax.

We would totally recommend this place. I think no matter if you are coming here to recluse with a loved one or with a whole multi-generation family, you will find just what you need. This place is amazing value for the money.

Oh one more thing, we went all around the island and stayed at several places and Premier Village was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Isolated and private resort, perfect for retreat vacation. Inside each villa is well decorated, simple but very elegance and luxurious.

Been here when they just opened for several years so everything was new and comfortable. View from the hill to the bay is stunning. Fast buggy service despite the size of the resort.

Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice, and menu changes everyday. Big thumb up for the kitchen team on that.

    Will come back.

Stayed here in an Ocean View Villa for 3 nights. Here’s the summary:

    Plus
+ Amazing, well equipped villa with a stunning view and pool
+ A highly satisfactory breakfast buffet, one of the highlights for us
+ A proper gym, also with a view and every equipment we could ask for
+ BEST THING: the beach on the east side has to be the most amazing beach I have ever seen in Vietnam, that alone is a reason for me to revisit

    Minus
    – Villa wasn’t ready at check-in time
    – As the resort is huge most of the facilities are not in walking distance. The resort offers complimentary buggy services which you can order either via phone or app. Although a great idea in itself this comes with waiting for a buggy every time you want to go somewhere. A suggestion would be to equip every villa with e-bicycles.
    – A slate of wood fell of the bathroom vanity on my toe, still have a blue nail. The reception immediately sent someone to fix it and offered the sent the nurse as well. However, the damage was already done and this should not happen at all! In general, even though everything in the villa looked great, the carpentry was of low quality. Just opening the cupboards in the kitchen and it was noticeable.

In general 4/5 stars for the stay. Some fixing to do but would recommend!

Great location and wonderful stay with very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay! We even extended by several days once we got there. Steven was particularly helpful and very accommodating in getting us all set up with things. The weather, unfortunately, brought in a lot of debris to the main beach, but it seemed unique to the time of the year and they worked hard to clean it up. The location is great for a secluded get away, but you can also call a taxi to take you into town, etc. (Note that there was a military facility nearby and there were some active drills occurring during one of the days of our stay). The private BBQ was a great experience as well. Highly recommend property overall!

The villas and the property is stunning. The location is great if you want to just stay on property and enjoy the beach and pools. It takes about 30 minutes to get to other touristy areas. It can be a little pricier compared to other Vietnam locations but the staff is very accommodating. The views are amazing and they have various activities to do on property! Highly recommend!

Never experienced a hotel quite like this one. The whole hotel was built in 2017, but is based on an a restoration story of an old French University, all its blocks are themed as University departments and are decorated and themed as such. Its a truly amazing place to experience 5 star luxury with lots of interesting rooms, historic items and things to see within the hotel. At least 3 different places to eat and lots of bars and beautiful pools. Great for the kids and lots of shade. Also a classic white sand beach with palm trees to go with it! Recommend the stay here, but it is expensive, although I think worth it. Kids are also very welcomed with a nice kids club with lots of daily activities.

Wow. This property is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I felt so fortunate to be able to spend time here with my family. The customer service is so kind and authentic. The breakfast buffet is very good and crafted beautifully. You have a number of pools and your own beach. The beach offers lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle boarding, life vests, swim shoes. I can’t say enough good things about my time here. I can’t wait to go back.

We had the experience of a lifetime here. The whole resort design is quite mind-blowing. The intricate details are exceptional. It feels like a work of art.

The entire hospitality is top notch. The hotel management is very hands on and you would meet them multiple times within a day during your stay.

We found the breakfast to be really elaborate and most of the things are made really well. The bar and cocktails there are quite amazing. Jake, the bartender has a very interesting take on mixology and puts his heart into the drinks.

Everyone is very warm and welcoming at the resort and tries their best to be of service.

The only downside was the messy water on the beach which is cleaned very swiftly but maybe that’s seasonal. Rest there was nothing which was below our expectations.

    Would love to visit again.

So far the best hotel in term of customer service that we have been to around the world. The hotel butlers remember every guests’ name and regularly check in on us for any smallest issues that we encountered. Every staffs, from cleaner to gardeners were super well trained, professional and smiley.

Located in Bai Khem, one of the most beautiful beach in the world. The beach is stunning and the 3 beautiful pools are excellent for a retreat trip.

We particularly love the fairy tale story about the Lamarck University (some guests actually believe that it exists, as it’s really convincing). Genius idea !

Internal decoration of every single building is appealing. But facilities is not up to the quality expected (bad isolation of windows, our bathroom sliding door was broken, central hot water system was down for several hours during our stay).

Really delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Menu changes everyday.

Will definitely comeback for the services 😍

I got married in May in Vietnam, and my wife and I stayed here for a mini honeymoon. We were so in love with this resort we had had to come back for a second honeymoon when I returned to Vietnam a few weeks ago. Both times the staff acknowledged our special occasion and treated us with top notch hospitality. The Turquoise Suite was immaculate, the buffet was out of this world, the pools are breathtaking.
I would like to send a couple shout-outs: First, to Miss May, who was the guide to our room both times we stayed. It was so heartwarming that she instantly remembered us from our first stay and was excited to greet us again. She even remembered the exact room we stayed in! She is the sweetest, we hope she can be our guide on our next stay. She is one reason we look forward to coming back.
Secondly, to the deligent hard work of the staff that tends to the beaches, and the attentiveness of the GM Kristian to make our stays as pleasurable as possible. Our second stay we couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as we liked due to tides bringing unwanted waste, but I give a round of applause to the efforts of the staff to work so hard to make it as beautiful as they can.
Thirdly, to the food and beverage manager. When we saw him, he was happy to stop and talk and made us feel like we were all like family.

JW Marriott Phu Quoc, thank you. And you will see us again and again
