Modest accommodation. A bit dated but clean and spacious. Has all the amenities and beach towels in abundance. Internet can be improved. Good proximity to Passage Peak, the beach and beach club. A little fair walk to the marina but there are free shuttles if you don’t have the pricey buggy. Would recommend staying the East side of the apartments as there are island facilities with a bit of noise on the west side where we stayed.By Jenee Vee (6 months ago)Excellent accommodation. Had everything we needed and being a service apartment it really suited us as we were travelling with a 1 year old! Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle bus drop off and pick up made getting around the island very convenient.
Pool was a great temperature. Views spectacular. Coffee cart absolutely amazing. Staff very helpful.

Absolutely amazing holiday at the beach club on Hamilton island. It all started with them working with us on delayed flights to ensure we got to our spa booking. Driving us to all our engagements every day. The food at their on-site restaurant was superb. Recommend the chili scrambled eggs!
The staff was super friendly and very accommodating of any request. As a place to get away from the every day family life and reconnect it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommend room 112 as it has great access to everything!

Breathtaking view and restaurant atmosphere was blurred by the amazing menu, which I had the chance to try all the entries. Hard to judge which one was my favourite, main course was sensational and we also tried all deserts from the menu. Cocktail was delicious and refreshing, a good call for the hot evening. The property’s location is perfect and view so perfect I just can’t get enough of. Rooms are clean and all staff were attentive friendly and professional.This time round we found the dining menu was not so appealing and they clearly have staff shortages which caused delays during breakfast on some days, cannot fault the staff for that though.

Amazing location on the beach and amazing beachfront infinity pool. It was only 3 nights but felt so much longer due to the slow paced kid free environment at the hotel. It’s not cheap but hate to admit that it’s worth every cent. The ground floor unit position was great giving us easy access to the pool and beach.
Also you don’t have to bother with hiring an expensive buggy as the hotel provides quick and free air conditioned driver service anywhere on the island.By Jacob A (2 months ago)Resort 4/5: For the price you pay the rooms are outdated and the service is hit or miss. We stayed on both the ground & second floor, and the ground level is by far nicer with the patio. The deck on the upstairs could be so much cooler but they just have a sad thin couch up there tucked in the corner (another detail that you shouldn’t miss spending $900 AUD a night). Another small detail (again wouldn’t complain about this if the hotel weren’t so expensive) the two twin mattresses pushed together as a king bed was extremely noticeable & hard in the center.Food 2/5: SO disappointing & unacceptable for the prices. I get it’s a resort and island so there will be a premium, but we felt sick both times we ate at the resort and ended up just going to the grocery store and having our own meal in our room. Also, the “poke” bowl doesn’t come with poke.. but has an option to add on chicken or smoked salmon. Again, I understand it’s a resort but would expect them to take a little bit of pride in their food. The service in the restaurant was also very hit or miss. Some servers were very on top of it and others seemed entirely unaware or uninterested in helping us.

I think the Reef View deserves more credit. Yes the rooms are a litte dated but they are in the process of renovating the hotel. In no way are the rooms awful. The rooms, balconies and bathrooms are all so spacious that i honestly think they compensate for the somewhat dated rooms. Very rarely do you find a bathroom with 2 separate basins, a shower and a separate bath and there is plenty of room to move around – in the bathroom and general room. Pool is amazing as per usual. Despite how busy the hotel was, the lifts were still fast. Buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing, can get busy but staff always manage to find you a table. Location is superb and staff always happy to assist where they can.
Perfect location, close to the beach/pools, short stroll to the marina, or you can take the shuttle bus. On site bar and restaurant, has its own pool and a small shop in the lobby area. Lobby looks nice.
Room was nice too, the bathroom however was dated. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t satisfactory, some areas rather felt dirty. The view however compensated for all the negatives.
Staff at reception/baby concierge team was attentive and happy to help.
Stayed here for 6 nights. With limited options on the island this might be one of the economical options. We had the ocean view room and The views are amazing. Breakfast is great with many options to choose from and most days you will be seated quickly.
The green and blue bus stop is by the lobby which is great.
Only issues with housekeeping. They don’t clean the rooms daily and will only replace towels and soaps. After 3 days had to call them to have it clean. The bedsheets were still left dirty and only the bathroom floors were cleaned. You gotta keep calling. Housekeeping and get your cleaning done which to me on a holiday wasn’t acceptable.
Incredible place. Make sure you get the sea view room. One of the best views on the planet. Extremely great service, food was amazing, all the equipment such as snorkel, paddle board etc all free to use and the price too. Way better than some 5 stars. 10000% would stay again and have recommend to heaps of people.
I actually think this hotel should be a 5 star as the services and consierge are better than most 5star hotels. We had a sea facing room which was big. Once it’s refurbished it will be fantastic. As it was it was a bit tired. View was exceptional. Breakfast is comprehensive to say the least and well worth paying extra. We had dinner here as well which wasn’t bad, maybe a bit overpriced. Lovely helpful staff and great location with buggy charge and all amenities at your doorstep. The bar is spacious and well appointed. The buses around the island come directly to the door.
