Family of four with two young children, recently completed our spring break stay at Wailea Beach Resort. We were greeted by a helpful manager at check in with fun welcome amenities, and great luggage assistance from the bell hop. We had an excellent ocean view in Hale 6, with walkout. Kids pool was fantastic as was the other pool offerings. The outrigger experience didn’t disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable for our stay. Excellent quality all around and we hope to be able to stay again one day. Sarah and Leslie were beyond helpful to us on our pre-arrival arrangements. Thank you Wailea Beach Resort staff for one of the best vacations we’ve ever has.By David Selby (2 weeks ago)Luxury at its best. We started with 3 nights with them and we can not praise the hotel and its staff enough. Joy was our guest experience expert and she went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. My husband and I were delighted with hospitality and personalized care that we spent extra two days with them. I would highly recommend booking their spa and their private infinity pool cabana for sunset, it’s surreal.By siddhi mehta (3 months ago)10/10 experience all around. We looked at other resorts in the area and landed on Wailea Beach Resort for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier. From the beautiful grounds, to the amazing staff, infinity pool with oceanfront views and an awesome restaurant Humble Kitchin right on the property – this is the place you need to stay for your next Maui getaway. Plus every single employee was extremely nice and shared the Aloha spirit!By Tyler Whitt (5 months ago)Stayed here for a week in December. Great property, clean, nice staff. Kids club was nice but a bit expensive. We would have taken more advantage of this service if it was a bit less expensive (125$ for 3h, +10$ for lunch). My daughter was upset about losing her goggles by the pool and a staff member took this so seriously! She helped us look for them until they were found and offered my daughter a complimentary smoothie. Whales Tale is a great spot for a bite. Room is on the smaller side but nice and clean. I mentioned to our maid that i liked the body wash and she went out of her way to leave me a few bottles. I really appreciated this! This was our second stay and we liked it just as much as our first.By Laura Choiniere (2 months ago)This is one of the best resorts I ever stayed at! All staff were so welcoming and helpful. I loved the lei’s we received upon check-in. You can see the ocean from the lobby and instantly seeing whales fully breaching was magical! We wanted to check out the games room, but sadly at lot of video games were not working. We had a beautiful garden view and we were close to one of the pools. We had fun on the waterslides, but the infinity pool was breathtaking! I appreciated the complimentary reef safe sunscreen available at the pool. I will definitely be back.By T G (2 months ago)

Our stay was in 2021, but it is not forgotten. How can you forget perfection. From sunrise to bed time everything is perfect. The service is beyond first class and the staff quickly gets to know you especially poolside and at breakfast. Our room was so well kept and incredibly clean with daily service on the highest level for any of our wishes. The food is amazing from Wolfgang’s restaurant to the Italian restaurant by the pool or the amazing breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel has a FANTASTIC reef right out in front of the hotel that is so nice that many tour boats pull up to it during the day, such that their clients can use it. Whether you want to Paddle-board, Scuba, Snorkel or whatever the resort can accommodate and proved instruction if you wish. One of the most amazing parts is the property itself with it breathtaking grounds and vista views, trails, nightly fire walk by locals in period costume or just the cleanliness and open air concept of the hotel itself. BTW the parrot is a hoot in the gardens. We can’t wait to come back and think about our trip every day as our pictures are screen savers. Thanks to all that work there for making our Hawaiian trip a lifelong memory.By Kennon Rymer II (5 months ago)The perfect hotel at the perfect location. Staff members were outstanding and always helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was stellar, great selections and delicious, especially the banana bread french toast! Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotlessly clean, bed was super comfortable and we always slept deeply. Lots to do in and around the Four Seasons Resort Maui hotel property, the pool and poolside cafe bars were great, beach was fun, and everyone was sincerely enjoying themselves. Concierge was amazing. Views from the hotel were spectacular. Four Seasons has always been great, but this one at Maui is simply top notch, no flaws, just perfect in every regard. Pricey, but worth it. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!By Michael Green (5 months ago)Stayed in an ocean view suite on the club level and it was just magical. The staff is so helpful and kind. The luxurious details are impeccable. Not a single plastic plant or flower to be found. Fresh orchids are everywhere. Not crowded at all after thanksgiving- tons of cabanas everywhere.
Everyone morning and all day long the staff is tending to the gardens and to the hotel.
Thank you for a memorable stay!
By Lena Chachaj (5 months ago)Amazing resort. Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. A very welcoming experience and environment. The rooms are really great. Lots of storage and amenities, the balcony is very sizable. The beach is wonderful, and the walking path provides a nice way to stay active with a gorgeous view of the ocean and palm trees. Pools are excellent, the adult serenity pool blew me away. You can hear music under water! Very peaceful if you want to get away from splashing loud children at the main pool. I will be back for sure!By Chris W (3 months ago)Stayed here in april 2022 and absolutely loved every second of it. Breakfast at duo every morning was a wonderful way to start each day. Enjoyed having drinks at the lobby bar almost every night. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic. Received a nice room upgrade which was a welcome surprise. Loved it so much we’re going back in January 2023! Cannot wait!By Andrew Luebbert (6 months ago)

renovations but we hardly noticed. The pools were so much fun, we are retired couple who never even used the adult pool because the slides and lounge service were too much fun. Napua Tower is worth it if you can get in there – no regrets. A great place to stay for any length of time without having to leave the property if you don’t want to mess with anything but relaxing. Beach access right there with loungers and towels. Just wonderful.
Overall a really nice resort. The food was excellent as well as the service(everyone was super nice and attentive). The only downside was the rooms in the Wailea wing(while clean/functional) were very basic, having stayed in other Waldorf and Ritz properties I expected the room to be nicer and upscale(especially the shower).
The construction going on wasn’t distracting but it was apparent that half the property isn’t being used.
We enjoyed our stay here more than words can express. This is one of the only places this past year where customer service remains a priority. Kindness from everyone who worked there at every corner. The location for us was fantastic. Our room- gorgeous. The pools, water slides and lazy river make the property so unique.
Spa is not fully open as it’s under major renovation however our multiple massages were all amazing. Looking forward to returning one day with kids!
Beautiful grounds especially the orchids which were everywhere. I stayed in the chapel wing and the room was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean/grounds. The spa is undergoing renovation but they still have a temporary set up. I had two massages during my stay- Shout out to Tony who did a wonderful job. The Aloha truck pony had really good brisket/fish tacos. So many pool spots to pick from and also ocean front seating to enjoy the waves. The drinks were good and the service was quick. Overall very happy with this stay and would come back again.
My recent stay at the Grand Wailea in Hawaii was a dream come true. This high-end resort is located in the breathtaking Wailea area and boasts sandy stretches of beach, lush golf courses, and fancy shops and dining options.
As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the beauty of the resort. The architecture was stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.
One of my favorite experiences during my stay was taking advantage of the photo session that was available to us. The professional photographers captured some stunning shots of my partner and I against the backdrop of the resort, and these photos will always be a special memory for us.
The Grand Wailea has everything you could possibly want in a resort. The multiple pools, including a lazy river and an adults-only pool, were incredible. The spa and fitness center were top-notch, and the beach was just steps away from the property. I even had the opportunity to try some water sports and activities, which was so much fun.
When it came to dining, the Grand Wailea did not disappoint. We tried several restaurants on the property, and each one was absolutely delicious.
I cannot recommend the Grand Wailea enough. From the luxurious amenities to the beautiful setting and friendly staff, every aspect of my stay was truly special. If you’re looking for a memorable and luxurious vacation in Hawaii, this resort is the place to be.
