In wintertime a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly. There is a Supermarket and a restaurant (with limited opening hours). Walking distance to a stunning beach. Dogs are very welcome! Also good point for starting some cycle tours within a wonderful area. Showers & Toilets are clean and in good condition. Recommend summer time – surely 5 stars then.By Constantin Ludwichowski (4 months ago)What a beautiful campsite!!! From the very start we received a warm welcome, we were only planning on staying for one night but left 7days later, in my opinion that speaks volumes, the pool was beautiful and the beach was just as nice with lovely walks into the local town, we will be returning without a doubt.By Becki Smith (6 months ago)Very nice camping with all facilities you can imagine. They do everything to make your holiday great. Nice pitches, even if we have (to our opinion) a place without sun and under the needle trees…. But with the beach and swimming pool there is place enough to catch the sun. Yesterday evening there was live music and this weekend there is much to do. Great camping 👍By Bram van Altena (7 months ago)We have been coming here for 20+ years. Firstly with our children. Now as 2 seniors (57 & 62.yr olds)
Absolutely love this place, it just keeps getting and better.
Fab super market.
All take-aways, bars and restaurants are really good quality and are reasonably priced for the quality of food and service received.
Right on the beach and beautiful pool
Highly recommendBy Debbie Higgins (7 months ago)This is a fantastic resort for families, loads of activities, the pool is lovely, 4 restaurants to choose from, a supermarket onsite. The kids absolutely loved it. The lodges are fab, compact but functional and fit a family of 5 comfortably. Loads of restrooms and public shower area, the ones for kids are brilliant. So well designedBy Donna Cox (10 months ago)

Very good Hotel, quiet, clean and very nice! I recommend it both for couples and for families!!!By Sara Santos (2 weeks ago)This is a beautiful hotel! It’s isolated with beautiful greenery and has quick access to the beach. We never had a chance to try the meals in the restaurants, because of the short eating time slots and scheduling, so that was a definite bummer. We did grab a quick bite at the pool and it wasn’t anything great and the gentleman seemed pretty grumpy. The spa was AMAZING! We did facial spa treatments and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Great staff in the spa!!! There is a hotel store, but it’s only open like 2 hours during the day. Also, the indoor bar was not open reliably based on the time posted.By Amanda Smith (11 months ago)Very good customer service. They fit me right in during peek seasoned and honor my per diem rate. Everyone was wonderful! The chefs and servers were all fabulous and kind. I was able to get tea even when I wasn’t supposed to at like 1am.
Extremely family friendly? They have events for the whole family everyday. The only downside is I couldn’t figure out how to find the schedule online even though one of the ladies at the front showed me, it wasn’t opening up for me. Just a suggestion a printed schedule would be nice to have handy for those of us who need it. Thanks for all the hospitality. I will be back with the family next time.By Nina (9 months ago)Honestly a quite little family hotel. If you have kids the place is perfect! The swimming pool are nice but not gigantic, the resort is pretty small so they can move and be independent, the kid’s club is super active and offering kid’s show at night. For adults it’s a bit more limited, the lobby’s bar is nice but no ambiance, no way to take a coffee outside after 7pm, the only place to eat is the buffet at 24€ per person. Positive point the beach is 2 minutes walk and very clean and nice, easy to reach. Keep in mind that the hotel parking is not free, 10€ per day. There is a small free parking but finding a spot is not that easy. The SPA is nice but 20€ per person again… So nice for a weekend but I wouldn’t stay a full week, I was missing some activities around!By Florence “TheFrench_Toast” (a year ago)The SPA HAD EVERYTHING!!! I had a wonderful time with my wife in the pool, the massage room, and in the hotel itself!By Jon Hebert (5 months ago)

Overcrowded resort type hotel. The quality of the food is average and most of the dishes are blunt in taste. Always overcrowded at the restaurant during all meals. Too busy and noisy at the pools. The beds are very uncomfortable. The most disappointing thing were the torn bath towels. Overpriced parking for such a hotel. Needs a bit walking to go to the beach especially with a baby. Overall the hotel should no way be rated over 7.5. in booking.com as usual is overrrated. I don’t recommend for couples as is to noisy.. by the way the nightly price on hotel site was cheaper that on booking.com site
The room is really nice & big until I tried the bed. Comfy but noisy.
They did not provide toothpaste and their shampoo pump wasn’t working.
Buildings are like maze and the corridors are very dark, sometimes looked like a scary hospital. NO BIG DEAL THO. 😊
The pool area is really nice but don’t expect too much with their food. Filling but not wow.
Overall, still a very good experience. Not a top hotel but it served its purpose for our company team building. They have a huge conference room too perfect for events. I recommend this hotel to companies! 👍
I had a good sleep and amazing experience overall. 😊
It is an ideal destination for family trips, convenient location, pools and beach for all tastes.
The buffet restaurants have good food and the staff are very friendly.
The hotel is old and you can already see the marks of time in the rooms. I booked 2 rooms and both have stains on the floor, worn out and outdated furniture and bad sanitary ware, far below the standard of the other Barcelo hotels that i had the privilege of visiting.
I noticed that the vast majority of guests are foreigners, what is required in these circumstances is that the pool and bar staff speak a language other than Spanish, they can hardly speak English, which makes communication impossible. In the hospitality industry it is imperative to hire employees who speak the English language, for that I leave my negative note.
Room cleaning is “express”, throw tons of water on the floor and that’s it. This needs to improve!
Beautiful location fronting on to a magnificent beach. Lovely pool area and good food. In a quiet area but a couple of bars and restaurant nearby.
A very big Hotel which means somewhat messy with waiting time for the bars and dinners. Pros- clean rooms and nice staff. Cons- If you are travelling with kids and want to take advantage of the beach DO NOT choose all Inclusive. Choose full board instead and pay the occasional drink as you won’t take advantage of the snacks by the pool and you are not allowed to take any food from the bar area. If in doubt between Algarve 4/5 star hotels and this one, go to Algarve as here you pay almost everything extra (room safe, paddle court, indoor pool, car park) and even charge a deposit for the pool towels. In the end a fairly good stay but it is not on pair to a Pestana/Nau on the Portuguese side.
