Lovely quiet clean park. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. The sites are a good size and plenty of shade. Camp kitchen well equipped and always clean. Ablutions blocks always clean. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.By Wendy Doolan (4 months ago)What a lovely and pleasant stay! We’ve camped a lot and the toilet facilities here were such a pleasure to walk into, so clean and immaculate.
We grabbed some free lemons from the camp kitchen, they have a gorgeous little herb growing patch.
Quiet and peaceful, would 100% stay here again.
Also loved that it’s nice and close to town.By Natalie Gawrysiak (3 months ago)Lovely service from the lady on the desk. Room was well set up and everything we needed. Nice modern updated facilities..only let down was the bathroom was dirty the shower had other people’s hair all on the walls and the sheets for the bed were stained. The floor needed a sweep also. Otherwise lovely stay.By Tonya Buster (2 months ago)A lovely peaceful park to explore Esperance from. Very quiet at night which makes for great sleep. We stayed for a week and the managers Gail and Graham were so friendly and accommodating. Park is well kept and facilities clean. Would recommend!By Yunn Chen (3 months ago)Not enough amenities for all the campers.
Camp kitchen was also too small. Rotten food in the fridges.
Amenities clean though 🙂 so you can spend a night or two here. But it might take some time to shower or cookBy Bere G (4 months ago)

Brad and Jen and the entire staff went well out of their way to accommodate our needs. Space was clean and well kept. They were all considerate, paid attention to detail and were always cheerful. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and enjoyed their location . We would definitely book there again and recommend booking far in advance as they are in hot demand.By Melody Kennedy (6 months ago)Fantastic stay in Esperance. Staff are amazing. Shout out the roomies for doing an excellent job making up our rooms every day. Especially the one that made up our grand sons bed putting his toy on the pillow and leaving a swimming pool noodle for him to use. Rooms are comfortable and the TV entertainment system works really well. Walking distance to everything. Best summer holiday in a long time. Thanks!By Sean Sinclair (3 months ago)We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Esperance. The hotel room we had was clean and very spacious with a shower and separate bath in the bathroom. The room was quite old looking and needed modernisation. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. We have been travelling in Austrailia for a couple of months and found this hotel to be expensive for what it was, but we were limited for what was available in Esperance whilst we were there. We paid less per night for a 5 star hotel in the centre of Sydney, not far from the bridge and opera house.By Adrian Currie (a month ago)Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great laundry facilities.By Jill Bossinga (2 months ago)The night staff was extremely disrespectful. We had music turned up after 9pm on our second night and was therefore approached by the hotel staff (Tall lady, bald man). These two employees knocked on our door and spoke very disrespectfully to us without even introducing themselves. We knew that it was our mistake having the music that loud this late in the night and we apologized for it as soon as they mentioned it. However even after accepting our mistake, and apologizing, the staff continued to ask if we “understood” what they were saying. It was clear that we had understood what they were saying since we apologized and said we would turn the music off, but their tone and facial expressions made it clear that this was due to our skin colour. They repeated the same thing multiple times, and did so in an extremely rude manner. They also ended off the conversation with saying that we would be “evicted” if they were to come warn us again. I understand that this is standard procedure however there was a much better way they could have phrased that sentence. They could have easily said, please turn the music off as they have a one warning policy, instead of THREATENING TO EVICT US. It conveys the same message but in a more considerate and professional manner. Even after we approached the two after this conversation, not only did they deny making racist comments to our face, when it was clearly prejudice towards our skin colour, they continued to say that the threat to evict us is something they say to every customer. This is unacceptable, saying it to EVERY other customer does not make it right. There is a right and wrong way to do things and it is clear that customer service is not their priority. Furthermore, with regards to how they acted due to our skin colour, after reading other google reviews we confirmed this for ourselves. There are similar reviews where the same lady and bald man were mentioned acting in rude and demeaning ways towards people of colour.By Rowena Perera (3 months ago)

Fantastic. We stayed three nights in a lovely, welcoming, well equipped two bedroom unit. It was fresh and modern, very clean. Late check in was easy, the service efficient and friendly. Park staff very friendly and helpful. Great rates. Check out was caring, asking how everything was and if we will come again and that is a 100% yes from us. Thank you
We stayed 7 nights in a 1br Villa. The room, staff and holiday park exceeded our expectations. Our villa was so comfortable, clean, roomy and had everything we needed to be self contained. Fantastic value!
The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The Superior Family Room is very spacious. The rooms are very clean. Importantly, it’s quiet except someone always closes the fly screen door very loudly in next door.
Love the place and I would love to go back again one day.
We made the reservation without expectations because the place has a very attractive price. However, to our happiness, the chalets totally surprised everything we were expecting. One of the biggest I’ve ever stayed in, very clean, organized and with a great layout. Extremely complete, with full kitchen, living room and kitchenware. I recommend everyone who is in doubt to book a room here, it’s really worth it.
This park is fairly new and is well set out. The pool, camp kitchen, and recreation room and areas are just top class and the best we have seen. The roads could be a bit wider, although we had a great site and had no trouble getting our caravan on site. The amenities blocks are so clean. The laundries……some of the washing machines and dryers are out of order….which is not good when this park is so busy. Apart from that, we are really happy that we came here. It’s beautiful.
