Hotel staff accommodated with early check-in and also went above and beyond to help me locate a lost item after I had already checked out and left Troia. Highly recommended by me and my traveling group.By daviche (6 months ago)HORRIBLE experience, you can literally see the toilet from the bed, and no way to close it, shower is SO bad, tools for the kitchen are incredible bad and old, you can not cook ANYTHING with that, the fridge is super noisy you can hear it from the bed all day and night, what they call gym is 4 run machine and THATS IT not even one weight, no one thing that you can use but, run… I would NEVER recommend this place.By Eleazar San Millán (8 months ago)The air conditioning in my room doesn’t work. Every night I wake up covered in sweat.By Jeffrey Martin (7 months ago)Excellent hotel near the beach, and with swimming pool outside and insideBy Miguel Sousa (9 months ago)We stayed for a couple of nights on the Lakeside tower.
The room was good. However, it is an overcrowded place for the masses. I can’t recommend breakfast; the pool was always full, and parking was paid aside (8.5€ per night). The best thing about the place is the beaches close by. Which, then makes everything else we paid for the room excessively overpriced.By Flávio Pinheiro (8 months ago)

Stayed here 2 years ago and I still think of the estate every now and then. Beautiful surroundings and good architecture (some finishings are bit questionable but still far better than most large resorts). Do yourself a favor and go out on the beach for the sunset. It will blow your mindBy Su Young Lee (3 months ago)The rooms were overpriced compared to a 4 star hotel as it appears to be (it has to be notified that this is not an hotel but a residence for families). Bad quality food. Children shouting everywhere won’t let you relax for a moment! The beach is nice and is the only thing I save of this place.By Manfredi Soprani (8 months ago)Travel group: 2 adults and 2 children (1 and 3 years old)
This is an absolute beautiful place. The villa was spacious with a very complete kitchen. It was very quite. The swimming pools are clean, the beach is amazing both on the property as nearby. Staff is also very friendly.
By Anke van der Mel (10 months ago)We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the resort. Our room was beautiful, well kept, quiet, and comfortable. We loved how quiet everything was – you basically have the beach and pool to yourself and each condo has it’s own private pool. It felt very exclusive! We also loved the Moana beach bar – staff was friendly and fun. We didn’t stay long enough to utilize, but they have tennis courts, an awesome larger shared pool, soccer field, great biking/walking path, and lots of other activities for adults and kids alike.A few things that we would have liked to know ahead of time: bring all of your own groceries and coffee. They have great kitchen tools in the condos, but there is absolutely nothing as far as coffee or tea goes, and it’s not easy (must drive) to get any snacks or food. Also recommend bringing your own beach towels. They only have shower towels.
I highly recommend going into Comporta for dinner at least once. It was a charming little city and great food.
Would absolutely recommend this place to stay though for a long weekend.
By Ava Olson (10 months ago)The problem we had here was that it was advertised and sold to us as a hotel room with four star facilities which it is not. It’s a family holiday village subletting private spaces with personal objects ( IKEA furniture, kids bikes ) at four star hotel prices. The beach is amazing but that’s pretty much the only good thing to remember.By Moritz Junge (9 months ago)

We stayed in the hotel for several days in September 2022. While the view from our top floor apartment was wonderful, the entire hotel is in great need of cleaning and upgrading. The hallway carpets were filthy, walls were in need of painting, and mildew in the bathrooms. The biggest issue was with the spa. After receiving a hot stone massage, I developed a painful and unsightly rash on both legs. When seeking treatment from a doctor, she stated that is was likely the result of not properly sanitizing the stones between clients resulting in bacterial growth. When this issue was surfaced with the general manager, he assumed no responsibility and suggested that it was the result of some other cause. The area is simply beautiful, but this hotel is far from a luxury experience.
Not bad at all. The hotel is big and has spacious rooms. You can see the entire building start to need maintenance. Would not say the hotel is in bad condition, but it’s time to maintain, renew and redecorate. Rooms have a good TV (clear and good picture quality) stable Wi-Fi. Also nicely equipped and very good king-size beds!
There is a huge parking garage below the hotel. Great during hot summer or rainy weather. So no parking issues and you can park your car safe and for free.
The spa is nice but not too big. Can be crowded. Same goes for the indoor swimming pool. It is small and during our stay it was full with (screaming) kids. The outdoor pool we didn’t use as the weather was not too good.
We opted for the buffet dinner in the hotel. It was a bit overpriced (34 EUR per person) as the option for the main dish were quite limited and very simple. It all tasted average/good. The fries were cold. We stayed for dinner at the hotel as there in neighbourhood were not too many restaurants. Most of those restaurants had bad reviews or were closed (October)
The breakfast was very good. Lot of options and tasty. Unfortunately no cappuccino.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.
In my opinion the hotel is a bit overpriced. The hotel is more close to a four star instead of being a five star. Better maintainence is needed for that.
Not much around the hotel but the hotel is great. It’s very close to golf at Troia which is useful, but a little to far from Comporta which is where all the bars and restaurants are. Good quality hotel though, lovely service and a fabulous breakfast. Haven’t tried dinner yet but hoping it’s better than the rest of the marina.
The best view in Tróia added with a spectacular service… Good place for holidays… Price accordingly .
The hotel has amazing view but you need to pick the right room as not all rooms have the same nice view
The service is good in the restaurants
Breakfast is open buffet with several options
Dinner was nice though options were limited for me
It has one open air swimming pool and another one indoor
The gym is quite small area
The interior design of the rooms was a bit old for me and needs some renovation
I liked the bathroom in the room
