This was our first time at White Point and we will be back! We loved our stay! Room was lovely, clean and roomy.
The service was amazing at the restaurant! However, the buffet was a bit of a hit or miss. Carving station was amazing and there was one delicious salad (Truffle Caesar!!) the rest was a bit sub par. I really love kale, beets and pecans but the salad that day was definitely a miss.

The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast (best if you book a time versus just showing up). The live entertainment at night was great. Walking the beautiful beach was amazing. Lots of things to do on site. Staff were wonderful all around. I will definately go back but will be bringing friends. I really enjoyed the buffets they had in the dining room during my stay and the server I had both evenings was lovely. The service and atmosphere was great in the main lobby with the crackling fire. The 1 beer was extremely expensive ($10.50 plus a tip). The hotel room for the cost, well over $200 was not worth it. Me and my husband stayed at the Inverary resort and had a very pleasant experience. Though we had not pre booked the room, the front desk staff kindly helped us to book the right choice of room at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed the hot sauna, pool and hot tub a lot. The dinner was also good. We had a wonderful sleep, with no disturbance at the property. Property had beautiful views of the lake too. The breakfast had continental options, and was good. Totally we had an amazing experience.

The resort has a beautiful view of the lake and the grounds are nice with places to sit everywhere.
We had one of the new hotel rooms in the main building and they were very nice with lovely bathrooms. Some have views of the lake.
We had breakfast included every morning. And the restaurant staff are friendly, fast and accommodating.
Beddeck it’s self is beautiful and a wonderful home base for exploring Cape Breton.One thing to know is that they have live music every night and in some of the hotel rooms you can hear the music. So we asked to move and the front deck staff were wonderful and made the whole process effortless. Again the customer service was excellent!

A very beautiful layout to the main building and the grounds, with beautiful lake views.
The included breakfast was very good.
The rooms and facility were very well maintained and clean.

All the people as well as the accommodation are so nice that you will be glad you made that experience. Our stay lasted only one night, so we were not able to test all the activities that were offered like golf or aqua sports but we were celebrating the Canada day including the nice fireworks over the sea – amazing! If you’ll ever make your way passing that area, you will enjoy it. I am a wedding photographer and I love this beach for elopements and engagement sessions! It has tall grass and white sand, it’s so clean and looks like a picture-perfect slice of heaven. Boardwalk and a little bridge are perfect for romantic photos.
When I am not working I love coming here with my family for hikes and to relax and spend time smelling the ocean.
I visited these wonderful beach today, the marking point in Google Maps navigate you to the parking place. So you can get out the car and start with hiking – it’s wonderful. There are some wooden paths and on some parts you go over sand. Today it was very windy, so it gives a lit middle waves. I really recommend it👍
It’s a beautiful beach with gorgeous white sand like you would find down south. I will say that the water is ice cold everytime we have gone so most times we play more in the sand than in the water. Had some professional pictures taken at the beach recently and the pictures were breathtaking. This beach is definitely the perfect spot to take family photos! If you are looking for a beach that reminds you of your vacations down south, minus the water temperature this is that beach.
We did not actually swim or play around here – the evening we reached we were tired and thought of returning the next day.
It’s not very big and was not very crowded for that matter.
The views were good and the water seemed enticing. There are actually 3 beaches connected by a boardwalk and all looked nice.
Past these 3 inter connected beaches is another nude one – another family warned us to stay away looking at our family.
Beautiful beach!! Soft, White sand with very little rocks or seaweed. There are 3 beaches to check out along the nature walk. Should be more facilities considered how busy it gets. Lots of parking, and stunning views!
