This is our second time staying at the Savoy and the whole experience from check-in to check-out was absolutely floor-less! We arrived very early in the morning, long before check-in time, our bags were looked after and we were offered use of the spa, pool and even breakfast while we waited. The rooms are fantastic, large, modern and really comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the bath was the perfect size for two! We actually really enjoyed the ground floor room with front entrance 10m to the pool area. The pool area is stunning, featuring a large pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced and we stay at a lot of hotels! The beach in front of the hotel (Beau Vallon) faces West so you get the sunset there every night. The hotel itself is very quiet but you can walk out to the beach area and find street food, restaurants and bars all nearby.

Emma at reception was fantastic throughout our stay and really made our experience 10/10. Can’t recommend her highly enough! We can’t wait to stay here again, on our next trip to the Seychelles!

Undoubtedly the best resort in Beau Vallon. The hotel is located just next to the beach, and plenty restaurants along the beach walk. What more could you ask for. A very serene and quite place, away from all the hustle and bustle for a peaceful and relaxing time. Staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is lavish. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights upon arrival in
Mahe for some rest and relaxation before
    further exploring the island.
We were given a very friendly welcome, and
as we’d arrived early we were asked to wait
    until our room was ready
Our room was beautiful, very spacious with a
large bed and very spacious bathroom with
a double sink, large bath and a big walk in
shower, also plenty of storage space. We had
a lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful
tropical gardens and close to the pool.
Unfortunately, we noticed that the room had
a damp musty smell and felt quite damp, so
we mentioned this to reception. They asked
f we wanted to move to another room, but
as we’d unpacked we decided to stay put
However, they sent someone check the air
conditioning, and later that day when we
returned to our room we found a surprise…a
big bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine!
Breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel
breakfasts with a huge amount of choice.
All in all a wonderful hotel for a relaxing
break and very helpful friendly staff..would
    highly recommend.

Very big “resort”. Rooms are pretty worn down. AC is not cold and stays humid. This resort is in need of some love & care. Landscape hasn’t been groomed, gym was dirty and unkept, the pool deck had many pieces sticking up that could cause splinters. The buffet at dinner is outrageously priced. $175 per person. The other restaurant was also pricey for very small portions. Everything seemed to be half done around Savoy. We’ve stayed at smaller, more affordable places on the island that were cleaner and more welcoming. Would not recommend to a friend and glad we had a short 2 nights here.

We had the opportunity to enjoy 7 days in a little corner of paradise. Kempiski provides everything you need during your stay. Seychelles has a lot to offer (also can be booked with Kempiski) but if you plan just to stay in the resort there are daily activities for you to do or just kick back and relax in the beach. The staff is always there to help you with a smile and their variety of spoken languages will help if you find hard to speak/understand English. We had breakfast and dinner included and everyday the meals were different (the quality is great and I’m sure any food restrictions won’t be a problem). We really enjoyed the beach since even though is not private (there are no private beaches in Seychelles) it was never crowded and the barrier reef makes a natural frontier for boats and also offers snorkeling for those who may enjoy it. The rooms are very comfortable and if you have mobility problems the golf cars will take you anywhere. Gym is very well equipped. In sum, we had a great time and Kempiski (staff in big part) was key for one good holiday. Thank you and we hope to return! ❤️

This hotel has rude staff. It was a disgrace to be treated so belittling by the women staff here. Upon arriving to this hotel my husband was greeted very warmly and excitably by the woman staff member. After several minutes she realized he was not alone and her whole affect changed. We we given a very brief overview of the hotel and left to wait 5 hours for our room to be ready. Many of their guest are falling asleep in the welcoming area either waiting for departure transportation or arrival check-in. You’re not considered a guest until the actual “check-in time”, but it is okay to enjoy the facilities. I paid for a meal plan and arrived at breakfast, which was in my meal plan but could enjoy because I was technically a guest yet. Staff when acknowledged by a simple “Good Morning” or “Friendly Hello”, scowled and below hearing level said something back. Upon 3 different occasions staff attempted to enter our room with authorization. After 3 knocks, that is what gives access I guess. Lastly, 2 meals ordered by myself and spouse and only 1 guest fed. This is a quick overview as to what I experienced.

Hotel staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Alexandria brought us cold drinks and since we arrived between the restaurants being open a light snack. Everyone was quick to show us around and offer assistance. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, lovely rooms and very comfortable pillow and beds. We ate dinner at Cafe Lazare and Angelique was the sweetest. I have some dietary restrictions and she went above and beyond to help. She gave great suggestions. She and Jeannette were so nice and genuine. I highly recommend this hotel and especially all of their staff. I set my phone down somewhere and everyone is on the lookout. We remain hopeful that it will be found and returned.

The service is splendid and the staff give with all their heart likes of Angela, Angelique and Norita (the cake lady) and many others. From front desk to restaurants, to room service to the bar etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. Water is provided in quantities in the rooms and on the beach which is something I loved. The variety of food is good and the food is always fresh. Dinner also has a great variety and they have different themed nights and the best part is that they can prepare something for you outside of the buffet if there is nothing to your liking. Highly recommended!

  1. This resort was awesome! The hotel was clean and attractive. All the facilities were clean! The staff was super friendly and happy to please. The food was delicious and had the correct mixture of local and regular cuisine. There was also a good variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Also, there were various activities on the resort to keep you busy but not too busy, or you could just walk along the path next to the sea enjoying the scenery and the cool breeze. It never seemed crowded. Loved it!!

  2. The resort is setting in the most beautiful location. The Junior Suite we had was large and airy and kept so very clean. All the communal areas were also very clean and inviting, The restaurants had a very good selection of food and plenty of it. All the staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and very friendly. We cannot wait to return. It is a beautiful place.

  3. Was there for 7 fabulous days
Huge property. I was told the hotel was almost full but never felt a crowd.
Beautiful beaches. Swimming at the north beach is great experience.
Great variety and quality of food across the restaurants.
Adam and Eve should not be missed out.

  4. We had an extremely pleasant and unique holiday at Ephelia. We received a very warm welcome right from the start. The very large hotel complex is well maintained and attractively designed. There is a wide range of leisure and restaurant facilities. We were accommodated in a “Quiet Area”, which we welcomed. On the first evening, we had a small challenge in the buffet restaurant, but it was solved very quickly and professionally. Here, the escalation processes are clearly right in the sense of the customer. In the various themed restaurants, you can enjoy different national cuisines. Certainly, in view of the size, there are always little things that do not necessarily correspond to a 5* level. However, this did not bother us. We liked it very much.

  5. We had an amazing experience at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon in November. The resort is beautiful, and lots of great amenities including the wonderful gym and spa facilities. The food in the restaurants was superb. We would recommend either opting for half or full board as there aren’t many restaurants locally. Our favourite thing to do everyday was go to the sunset bar and have a few drinks whilst watching the sun set over looking the beach, amazing!! On our last day the staff arranged a table for us and allowed us behind the bar to make our own drinks. It was such an amazing experience and one we will never forget. The staff go above and beyond for all their guests. Thanks again, we will definitely be back!
