  My husband and I were here for a conference and had a very relaxing stay. We lucked out and got an ocean view room, which was beautiful. We listened to the waves off the balcony all night. The bed was super comfortable and the room was really nice. It was worth every penny of the group rate we paid, just not sure if I would book again at the full price. It’s definitely worth it if you can get a deal or some kind of discount. The entire hotel is clean and modern. We had great valet service and check in. We also dined at Raya and felt the food was excellent. I’m really glad we had the opportunity to stay here.

  The location and service at the hotel are incredible. We’ve come to have Mother’s Day brunch at the hotel several times and it always surpasses expectation. It’s pretty pricey, but they have incredible presentations of food from across the globe. Sushi, prime rib, salads, seafood, vegetables, and a massive dessert table. We are always over stuffed but extremely satisfied and enjoy the atmosphere. Always need to take a walk out on the balcony after brunch to help digest the food and to enjoy the ocean beauty.

  We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. It could not have been more perfect! From the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out it was pure perfection! We enjoyed the beautiful views from our ocean front room. We so enjoyed having a delicious breakfast with beautiful views. The customer service was spectacular! From the valet to the housekeeping they didn’t miss a single detail. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We cannot wait to return!

  This resort is so beautiful and the people who work here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Everything and everyone seems to be there to help you have a wonderful time while you are there. One night I l got lost trying to find my room after a late dinner meeting. I did not have my cell phone and there were not a lot of people around to ask for help. I saw someone go through a double door who I thought might be staff. I knocked and entered. A group of housekeepers were there and one came up to my and offered to help get me back to my room. Since the room key did not have a number on it and I just arrived that day and didn’t have it committed to memory. The employee found my room number on the computer and offered to walk me to the room. I offered a tip but they said that was not necessary. Every staff member I met or asked for help was extremely helpful and pleasant and easy to talk to. I had many wonderful experiences just being at this amazing seaside resort. I ate every meal at the resort and all of the food was delicious and fresh. Presentation was lovely and ambiance unsurpassed. The pool and recreation areas were fantastic but it was the people who work there that really made my time there delightful.

  This property is absolutely beautiful. The entire staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. We had an excellent experience in all regards. However, I wanted to specifically say that Joel from Raya was probably the best server I’ve ever had. His product knowledge was unmatched and we had an excellent birthday breakfast. I made sure to mention when I was checking out what a wonderful experience we had due to him and another guest mentioned that she had the same experience. Bravo Joel, way to make our experience great!

  I stayed in this hotel for four nights, because of a conference. I was lucky to get a really large suite, with a living room and very spacious bathroom. Even though the furniture was a little outdated, the quality and the comfort wasn’t. The bed slept so great and the room had lots of amenities. I also loved that guests can determine their own requirement of housekeeping. In my case, I didn’t want any and that was perfect. But you can request it, if you require it.

  Regarding the service of the hotel staff, everyone is so friendly. Especially when we noticed that we had the same hotel staff serving us during all of the conference days. We loved seeing the same faces. The quality of the food served at the conference was also very good. Healthy, fresh and very tasty. We liked it very much!

  Amazing, wonderful experience at The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach as we celebrate a milestone anniversary and the Christmas holiday with family.

  Every evening we toast, magnificent sunsets from several hotel vantage points. Appreciating the colorful skies marks a special way to end a day of walking along the Pacific Ocean, watching the surfers, and simply enjoying being together in Southern California sunshine.

  At the hotel, we’ve enjoyed many offerings, including cocktails on the rooftop bar, dining at several restaurants, hanging out at the pools, and working out in the well-equipped, clean fitness center.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. In particular, we have been so impressed with the professionalism and positive service provided by Perla at the SURF HERO restaurant. She has been proactive and so helpful with menu suggestions and gracious every morning. She is an asset to the Hilton brand.

  I highly recommend this getaway oasis.

  My wife and I recently (2/2023) stayed here for a night and it was fabulous. We stayed in the Catalina Suite–panoramic ocean view, wrap around balcony, huge room, two bathrooms, jacuzzi spa, and so on. Very nice. We dined and Henry’s and had the best breakfast. We were expecting average hotel fare and we were so pleasantly surprised the food was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the decor artistically fun and inviting. I was very impressed with this Hilton and cannot wait to return.

  Formerly one of my favorite hotels. However this Hilton sunk to the bottom after a recent event as described here in.

  I stayed at this resort on Friday 10/14 and checked out Saturday 10/15. My wife left 2 rings on the bathroom counter – we understand this was our fault but took some steps that (we thought) would have made recovery of these valuable items very simple.

  I called the hotel at 352pm on the same day we checked out and spoke to Security/Lost and Found. They told me call back after 5pm – not sure why this was necessary, especially since the next guest wouldn’t have checked in till 4pm. Why couldn’t security investigate real quick after I called? After not getting a response after 5pm on 10/15, I called and left a message with Security the next day on 10/16. My call was then returned by Security who explained they checked with the person who inspected the room after cleaning was completed – the inspector confirmed they did not see the rings on the bathroom counter. They inspected prior to next guest arriving in that room. Security also said THEY (security) looked in the room AFTER the next guests had checked into the room and neither the guests nor security saw our rings.

  This pretty much narrows down that the cleaners would have seen the rings.

  Security told me the hotel is not responsible for lost items and that it’s our fault and we should have known better. I understand that. But we called prior to the next guests checking in to the room and this narrows down who was in the room after we had checked out at noon on 10/15.

  Absolutely loved this place. The views were beautiful, room was extremely clean and well laid out with a great view. Food was excellent in the restaurant, the market and at our summit event catered by the hotel. The staff was beyond friendly and extremely attentive. Stayed at the resort for a few nights for a work event, but definitely plan on coming back with the family to enjoy the family friendly amenities as well.
