My stay was only for a night but my experience would surely last longer than a night. The room I stayed in was very clean and had all the basics to make me more than comfortable for the night. Breakfast was also good as a number of local cuisines was on offer. The location of the resort is perfect as you can access local business by walking and the beach is also walking distance. BUT I definitely have to let others know this hotel was amazing. I was greeted so professional and warm. MS. Pat gave us a personal tour of what the hotel has to offer. I was serenade on my birthday by the talented singing staff and was given a champagne and cake sent to my room. Housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate. The restaurant in the hotel had alot of choices as well the buffet at breakfast. The entire staff and hotel accommodations was amazing,welcoming and made you felt like you were hanging out with friends and let me not forget to mention the hotel was on a beautiful beach. The entertainment at night was fun as well. Location location location! The breakfast menu has a lovely range, all the meals I had were tasty including lunch and dinner. The staff do their best to make your stay comfortable and special. Ideally located on Gran Anse beach and perfect for relaxation. Rooms were clean, food was delicious, although dinner should also be buffet or more variety added to the menu. Breakfast was tasty but needed variety. No complaints about general service, everyone had a smile and was super helpful especially Roderick😊.
On our last night we took our dessert to the lounge area with the intention of having a few drinks after. We were told eating was only allowed there for afternoon tea. Now there wereno signs stating this so it did put a damper on our plans as we ended up returning to our room. So Coyaba you can use this to improve in this area, inform guests on rules upon arrival. My experience was absolutely amazing, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The facilities are attractive, the hotel is very clean and even the beach front was amazing. The restaurant and food was great and where it was situated in really good setting.I have recommended family,friends and associates to come. The interior of the hotel has character and a lovely decor.The gardens is beautiful the pool by it. There are even gardeners there to show you around the beautiful plants and flowers. Had a week here celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Right from the start the trip was great, 5 minutes transfer from the airport!
Resort is beautiful and well laid out.
The staff are amazing, very polite and friendly but able to have some fun banter at the appropriate time.
Bar staff are knowledgeable and happy to mix up any cocktail, even if they don’t know it. I told them the ingredients for 1 and saw another guest showing their phone with details.
We were lucky enough to have a butler room, and the extra service they provide was well worth it. Escort to dinner, picking up a snack or drink, and our favourite was the beach lounger reservation with a cooler of drinks.
10 restaurants each with their own unique menu and theme. Most of these we could have eaten everything on the menu if we’d had the time or stomach capacity!!
Weather was amazing, 30+ every day. White sandy beach with turquoise water, perfect.
Plenty of activities around the site and evening entertainment.
All in all amazing!!
Absolutely one of the best Sandals properties. Service was A+ the entire time. Our butler Glendon went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The resort host events throughout the day for those that like to stay busy and engaged. There was a show or theme every evening including live music and tours. I never once felt like I was wasting time.
The property is absolutely amazing, nestled into the ocean hill side provides this property some terrain relief, of note, there are some steep walking paths in some areas of the resort to access rooms and suites.
We stayed in the Italian Village with swim up, it has an amazing view and absolutely private setting.
Recommend that if you visit to sign up for the Jeep excursion. It’s a full day of fun and seeing some of the local sites and wildlife.
Our stay at Sandals Grenada was spectacular. The service was wonderful. The resort is beautiful. The beach is on the smaller side but I didn’t mind the crystal clear waters. And most importantly the food was outstanding. This is hands down my favorite resort so far and I have been to many. We will definitely be returning.
Sandals Grenada was fabulous. Staff was very friendly and talented. Entertainment was good; food was food; and the size of the resort was just right for us. The beach is about 1/2 mile and with most of the waves blocked so not too rough. As a bonus some topical fish in the protected area. Laid back atmosphere makes it easy to meet other guests. It was just our style.
I don’t even know where to begin writing this review. This place is just so amazing, from the moment you check in you’re greeted by Mountain Views and friendly faces. The staff here have to be some of the nicest in all Sandals resorts. The food has constantly been exceptional and the service is always quick and simple. We stayed in the Lovers Lagoon hideaway walkout, and the room was updated and spotless. The grounds are very well maintained and so lush. I can’t find a single fault in this place. It has exceeded our expectations and 100% we will be returning!
