  1. Definitely pay the extra amount to avoid hurricane season. Weather caused the cancellation of many of our activities and it was super hot and humid. As far as the resort goes, as long as you purchase one of the nicer rooms (Italian or Key West is probably best location), it’s a pleasant experience. If you just get a basic room in the French Village, it’s really not anything special at all. The workers there always seem irritated and never smile. I had to go to four different places to find a wine opener and just didn’t feel like anyone went out of their way for us. The food is pretty good, but a lot of the same things at every restaurant. The water park was closed so that was super disappointing. As long as you only drink hard alcohol, you’ll be fine. They only offer two types of red wine and they were always super warm…yuck. The water and sand are absolutely stunning!!…but you can probably pay a lot less and still enjoy that part. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

  2. My husband and I were there for a yoga retreat in a group of 34. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was lovely, and it was nice to have daily maid service. The food was very good and it was easy to get into the restaurants. My husband went SCUBA diving every day and had an amazing experience. We loved this all-inclusive resort and plan to return in the near future with our family.

  3. The first thing I want to do is mention how wonderful the staff is. In fact, every staff member who you deal with, or even just pass by walking to your next destination, is kind, considerate, professional and extremely helpful. You are always met with a smile and a cheerful greeting. You are never too far from a staff member willing to help or just say a kind word.

The resort is beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. The grounds, beach, room and even the public bathrooms were kept extraordinarily clean, especially considering the amount of people there. I never even saw a piece of stray paper on the ground!

My only ‘problem’ was with the food. I was looking to have some freshly caught local fish, but that was not the case. Although I don’t know this to be the case, it seemed like the fish is probably flown in from Sandals with all the other food on the premises. Other than the sushi and the lobster, which were good, the food was just passable. The service on the other hand was amazing.

All in all, TCI is beautiful, Beaches resort is beautiful and we are all glad we went.

  4. I would recommend this resort to any family! We went there in a group of eight(5 adults, 1 elemtrary aged boy, one elementary aged girl, and one tween girl) and there was something for everyone to do! The water park was a big hit because the girls loved the big slides, the adults could hang out in the lazy river or enjoy some of the slides to, and the boy (who was the youngest) played in the park and on the smaller slides. The staff was amazing 🤩! When we walked somewhere you could tell the staff was doing their best and really cared about what happened. One night when it was the younger girls birthday they saw she had a birthday sash on and the brought her a whole platter of desserts and sang happy birthday to her! The food was delicious and made it so we could enjoy the meals. The beach was the best part for sure. Most of the trip there was a red flag so we couldn’t go that far in, but the water was crystal clear! Last thing were the pools. The pools were so relaxing and the swim up bar was great. We visited it so much we had to limit how many times we went there a day! Everyone could find something to do. There were tons of activities to do especially at night that we had a very fun packed vacation.

  5. I would rate this place 5 stars had our butler service been what I’ve experienced at other resorts (none of which are Beaches) and the sit down / order restaurants not taking forever to serve us food. There were some very rude people that work at this resort as well (seem extremely unhappy with life). The service overall was mediocre to say the least. When you have butler service at any resort you are paying top dollar, and it didn’t ever feel like the service was above and beyond other than the extra hangers they brought us on the first day, occasional restock of the bar and ice (that shouldn’t ever have to be requested) and the coconut one of them got my nephew because he lost his that my family paid $15 for from some dude walking on the beach. Don’t do butler service, it’s not worth the money you pay unless you need someone to walk you to a restaurant and seat you. The butler service at this resort sends you a request form days in advance of your stay—they fulfilled 1/4 of the requests. Two of those that were not fulfilled on a daily basis were dietary requests for snacks which is so important when it involves people’s health and well-being. Towards the end of our stay we joked about the service and the butler(s) not picking up the phone or even calling back at times. It was laughable! The views are beautiful and the beach towards Italian and Key West Village are great! Beach towards the French and Caribbean village is non-existent except for a tiny slab of sand and chairs that are on a slant and uncomfortable, but great swimming and snorkeling. Pools were great! They also canceled all their Beaches excursions my family was going on at the last minute due to random reasons. I’d schedule excursions with companies outside of Beaches if you’re comfortable doing that. 5 for the views, scenery and just being on vacation and 1.5 for service = 3

As mentioned, the rooms are a little dated and a bit of a lackluster. But the staff and resort itself was amazing. My better half and I waited 20 years to take our honeymoon, and we finally made it happen. We now find ourselves planning our next trip down there as soon as possible. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were plentiful. We have never been to an all inclusive resort, now I don’t think we’ll ever go without. Our day was split between ocean/beach and relaxing in/by the pool, clean up for supper, enjoy the evening show then head to the main bar if we were feeling a crowd or back to the small bar area for a little quieter evening night cap. The crew running the snorkeling activity were fun and really enjoyed that experience. We also had a great time with the little sailboats as well. Ultimately though, we cannot say enough great things about the staff. From the folks running the various activities to the bartenders, chefs, waitstaff and everyone in between they were all professional, personable and enjoyable to be around. For that reason alone is enough for us to want to go back, and we will be going back.

Beautiful beach and pool, great entertainment. Drinks were delicious. Food was good. All Staff were so friendly and obviously work very hard to make the guests enjoy every minute. Thank you especially to Meaghan, events coordinator, for all her time and attention to detail. She is so friendly and makes sure you have a wonderful stay!

What can I say? THE MOST BEAUTIFUL beach in the 🌎, voted. Club Med was so amazing! The GM was very fun and upbeat. The rooms are cozy with EXCELLENT views of the ocean(3rd fl) and I liked the variety of food. You can also have as much as you want, but it is a fish-heavy menu. The water supply could at times be… non-existent and please bring ALOT of hair masks as the water is also TERRIBLE for your hair. The people that work here are warm and friendly and the alcohol was plentiful. The beach was large and clean with some parts of the turquoise water filled with shells. The water was clear to the bottom. It’s also colder than I expected! The boutique is pretty expensive so try to remember to bring sunscreen, aloe, and toothpaste. I enjoyed my time and would come again.

This is a fantastic resort! The beach is top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world at Grace Bay. The food was delicious and they use good quality alcohol in their drinks. There are so many activities to do at the resort that you can never get bored and it is all included in your stay (except for scuba diving). There is also fun entertainment and dancing in the evening as well. My only complaint would be the A/C in the rooms is not great, but it is still cool enough where it is comfortable at night. Otherwise, I highly recommend Club Med to anyone!

Not the best all-inclusive property you’ll stay at, but it’s very nice for the price point. The rooms are older but clean and serviceable. The showers can be a little touchy; some people in our group couldn’t get any hot water, while my shower was often too hot. The AC in the room is powerful, which was nice when you’re coming in from the heat. The staff is friendly pretty much everywhere. The bartenders can be hit or miss; some, like Alex at the main bar, are excellent. But many of them don’t really know what they’re doing and move very slowly, so you end up waiting a while for a mediocre (or worse) drink. The main restaurant is adequate, with a good variety of foods, but nothing really impressive. Sharkey’s bar has a pork taco item on the menu that was really good, though. I should have eaten more of those. The pool is small, but it wasn’t at all busy when we were there, but there’s no swim-up bar, which would have been nice. Nor was there poolside drink service; you had to go to the bar to get your drinks. They are a little fussy about people reserving chairs all day, so be aware of that if you plan to go down first thing in the morning to reserve your chairs without actually using them. And the Club Med Turkoise is the only property on the island that is adults-only, which was important for us.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip. Being at an all-inclusive means that you don’t have to think about details, which is in itself very relaxing. I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful resort, amenities, pool, and beach. Excellent customer service. Was greeted with rum punch and a tour of the resort by a concierge member. The complimentary breakfast is delicious…anything and everything you can possibly want for breakfast is available! Housekeeping was meticulous. Seven Stars also had complimentary rentals such as kayaks, snorkel gear, and catamaran (provided you know how to sail). If you don’t know how to sail, they have people who can give you free rides on the catamaran or you can take a lesson for $100. My husband took a lesson and we wound up taking the catamaran out a bunch of times. I can’t compliment this resort enough!

Special shout-out to Lila our beach server who brought us drinks during our stay. What a gem he is. Seven stars best two qualities is the beach and the convenient location to nearby grocery store and a lot of restaurant options. We stayed 12 nights at a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom condo/room. The hotel room was average. Motorized curtains and ice maker in mini fridge was a nice touch, but for the price per night we expected better. The A/C is absolutely powerful like an industrial fan, which was great. The food on the resort + drinks are crazy overpriced when much better prices can be had 5-10min walk off the resort. The water and beach in grace bay is easily the best in all of our travels, so I suppose this hotel is “good” value relative to the Ritz Carlton next door. If your heart is set on grace bay, seven stars is definitely a sufficiently good enough choice.

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day vacation at Seven Stars. I read many hotel reviews before deciding on this one. I am shocked at how amazing it was. I have not one negative thing to say. The room was beautiful, huge and extremely clean. The staff are super nice, they check in with you to see if you need anything whether your on the beach, at the restaurant or in your room. I have never been to a hotel where all the staff were knowledgeable and just generally nice people.

One of the premier spots on Grace Bay beach. We weighed staying at the Ritz or Grace Bay Beach Club but landed here and happy we did. They have 2 pools one for families and one for adults. The sand is powdery and clean with turquoise clear waters to swim in. They have a trampoline in the water and free kayaks and SUPs. Breakfast is good. Central located on the bay to walk to different dinner areas. We had an oceanfront view with a nice balcony to hang out on when taking a break from the beach.

My wife and I went on a baby moon to 7 Stars. We were definitely on the younger side of guests.

Overall it’s a great resort with friendly staff.

To get chairs at the beach in the front row you need to get down there between 7-8. If you’re in the second row after 8 you’ll just stare at empty chairs w. Towels on them (no people)

The food at the deck is mediocre at best.

The free breakfast is a great perk (buffet style but have an omelette / egg station.

Adult pool is nice, always chairs available.

Completely ridiculous they didn’t have the NFL Conference Championship games on in the rooms. Only way to watch was at their bars.

Make sure you bring plenty of cash, the taxis only take cash. No venmo etc.
