I would absolutely come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend booking your stay in Malta here. We had an easy and enjoyable check in. The customer service is top notch (thank you to concierge Rachel!). The housekeeping is exceptional. My room is spotless (thanks Anna!). We spent a week in the hotel and found the receptionist Esther very friendly and helpful. All staff we met from reception, porters, bar staff and housekeeping were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable . We were lucky enough to be allocated a room with large terrace /loungers and although overlooked the Quarterdeck bar this didn’t impact on our privacy as this was only open during the evening when we were out. As it was a holiday to celebrate our wedding anniversary it was a lovely surprise on a number of nights returning to the room to find housekeeping had left cakes, drinks and beautiful towel decorations . A memorable stay and would highly recommend.By Alison Legan (a week ago)Great hotel with a lot of amenities, location is perfect just next to the Marina and a busy area, room are big enough clean and luxury as expected, you got see amazing view, luxury lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitif time from 18:00, delightful lobby excellent personal, from the reception to the housekeepers. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We did only nip in for a drink as we were staying somewhere else on the island. However I would have been extremely happy if we had paid the extra to stay here… we did consider it when booking our British Airways holiday but thought saving a couple of hundred each seemed the right thing to do…. mmmm on reflection it would have been worth paying the extra to stay here….. Everyone is so helpful and can’t do enough to make your stay fantastic. Room was lovely. We really enjoyed the executive club lounge – the team really looked after us. Wonderful resort! The food was well executed. The rooms were clean, functional and quiet! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Best sunset view on the island! The only concern was the beach pollution from the frequent boat rides. At one point we had to leave the beach when they refueled because of the gasoline fumes! The location is perfect for those who got tired of cities. There is a Golden beach 5 min walk down from the hotel. Also it’s not so far from the airport – around 30 min drive.
We had a room with a sea view and it’s quite big, bright and comfy. There is only one thing to improve – the ventilation in the bathroom, as ours was covered with dust.
There is also a nice spa in the hotel, where you can enjoy sauna with panoramic view.
Breakfast was very good, with nice variety of food.
Mokka lounge bar is a great place with very nice people! I never had such kind attitude, one morning I was even asked if I want to musics down if I have an online meeting! Thank you very much for being so professional and so nice to your guests!

We opted for an ocean-view suite and it was well worth the money. The view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. The suite is spacious, clean, and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt, fast, and very attentive to detail. We were accommodated in a seventh floor apartment with magnificent views overlooking Golden Bay. The apartment consisted of two main rooms with excellent amenities.
The hotel has first class facilities. The staff were all extremely helpful and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely place for your sun seeking break.
Very nice hotel, loads of amenities to enjoy and try. Large swimming pool with water aerobic every day, morning yoga in the gardens , bar pool , indoor jacuzzi and swimming pool , spa and plenty of different restaurants to try. Food is tasty and plenty. If you fancy a stroll or swim , sandy beach just across the road. Plenty activities, boat trips , bus tours , kayaking etc. Bus stop just out across the road if you want to explore picturesque places, good time table and it’s €2 a ticket valid for 2 hrs.

Excellent standard hotel with very attentive, pleasant staff. We had a twin room with a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin as I am mobility disabled. There was also a standard equipped bathroom.
Because of my disability I had a great deal of difficulty getting into and out my very comfortable bed. It took the hotel maintenance department less than 16 hours to build and fit a set of leg extensions to enable me to use the bed.
Overall a very nice stay.
Stayed at this resort for my 61st birthday. Reception was efficient. Food was delicious and varied; I had four themed meals in their speciality restaurants. Room was very spacious and clean. Got fresh towels every day. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was warm but the pool could have been bigger. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bars were well stocked and adequately staffed. Entertainment for those that wanted it. Position was ideal for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
We just had a wonderful Christmas at the hotel! Excellent! If I could give more stars I would! The staff are incredible, best services ever, always doing everything they can to make you feel relaxed and well served. Always received with a smile. The food is delicious, all day long (we had all inclusive). The room is very nice and spacious and clean. The facilities are wonderful, my son 9years old loves it! Kids club, entertainment for kids and adults, the SPA is amazing, my husband had the Sugar and Honey Ritual and I had beauty treatments, they are excellent! What can I say, perfect holiday! Malta is full of things to do, they have all you need for planing your visit. We are planning our return! Thank you so much for all staff for making our holiday the best ever!
