We enjoyed our visit at the hotel!
It was close to the boulevard. It was a very nice location.

The rooms were clean and big as well.
We were unlucky that they were renovating the room next to us which was noisy early in the morning.
When draining the bath, the water would overflow.

We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner; it had a different theme every day. We had Half-Pension so no drinks were included during dinner.

Also, there was a weekly raffle you could join if you gave a 5-star review, which seemed a bit insincere.

Overall it was a great experience though!

Hotel is lovely, upgraded to a suite which is over looking the pool and is very nice. Weather not the best but that’s not the hotels fault. Plenty to do even if weather isn’t good. Loved the indoor pool and the crazy golf which is all included. Drinks are lovely and strong. Would just suggest water to be replenished in the rooms each day and towels also to be included. Also there should be some music on around the pool at a lower level suitable for everyone. Great location and lovely holiday. Thanks you😀

Staff very good, but be aware they offer a prize draw with upgrades for 5star reviews. Quite honestly the hotel is very tired and requires major upgrading of rooms and corridors etc. it’s very spacious and there are lots of areas to wander. The pool and gardens are really well maintained. Food is good and selection of drinks is good also. H10, get your act together and invest in this hotel – and stop offering upgrades to people giving 5 star reviews – it’s not a reflection of how the hotel REALLY is!

This is very large hotel, about 5 minutes from main beach. Being large has many facilities, for adults and children, including covered heated pool, golf, table tennis, pool.
Buffet breakfast included in room rate. But reception advised of sweet deal where could upgrade to half board for just €5 a day.
Turn right out of hotel back gate to get to beach , shops, many restaurants.
Room large, clean, with good balcony. I like quiet room, so on top ,third floor at back of hotel. Normally very quiet but they start on garbage bins around 6.00.

H10 Lanzarote Princess is a 1st Class Hotel and worthy of a 5star rating. We can find no fault with anything. The rooms are to die for and are among the best that we have stayed in. Housekeeping is exceptional and the towels even smell fresh.
Food covers every sort of taste and is hot and plentiful. Best feature of this Hotel is their staff, all are happy, polite, efficient and make you very welcome. The Bar staff are the ones that we have most contact with and they are all brilliant.
Surprisingly for such a high quality hotel the costs are very reasonable. We will definitely be returning during 2023 .

We are currently at the hotel. It is wonderful. I can only comment on the Star Prestige experience, it is 5*. The food is fantastic, exceeding our expectations of what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel experience. The adults only pool area is incredibly relaxing, with plentiful comfy beds and parasols (no culture of bed reservation!) the service at the hotel is the real highlight. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. All the staff at the star prestige pool bar deserve a particular acknowledgement and thank you! I recommend to anyone without reservation.

We stayed in the adults only Star Prestige area with all inclusive. The additional cost was well worth it. The rooms are excellent, with a great location. The food at all meal times was amazing with a superb selection throughout the buffet and live cooking areas.
The staff are very hard working and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
    Can’t really fault any aspect.

Staying here at the moment. Super clean hotel. Simple bedroom with a very comfortable bed and large balcony overlooking the sea. Very large double shower and twin sinks.
Great value for money on the adults only all-inclusive Star Prestige Wing.
Premium drinks like Grey Goose vodka (which is about €50 a bottle in Ireland), are available at zero charge from 10:30 am till about midnight.
For anyone reading that has been on holiday in Dubai in recent years. This hotel and it’s guests are far more civilized, everyone dressed up for dinner, nobody drunk. Nobody eating dinner in their beachwear or being rude to the staff.
Excellent food selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. Vegetarian and Vegan options also.
Friendly service from all the staff. The local town is about a 15 minute walk along the coast, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Staying for 9 nights and will probably be returning at the same time next year. 9 or 10 nights is good as the weather is a bit unpredictable, so best to allow for a day or two of less than perfect weather if you can.

    Definitely recommend

Very sad to be going home today. We’ve had an amazing week here. The staff are so friendly and do their very best to make sure you have the best holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, the food is very varied and tasty, fish, meat is cooked to order and to your personal taste. I especially loved the lobster. This was our second visit to this hotel and I would definitely come again.

All the staff are so happy and make you feel they are serving just you. The animation team were excellent. The bar and restaurant staff were amazing always so happy to serve. The cleaning staff were very good. Reception were always happy to help as well. We had to move hotels as we were staying in a terrible hotel. The food and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent
Could not fault it, food was great. My only negative would be the rooms are a bit small and beds not very comfy.

  1. The hotel is lovely, really nice food and the room was very specious and welcoming.
The privilege pool entertainment was very fun also. Roland was very entertaining and friendly.
The restaurants are all nice but my favourite was the Italian. The main restaurant for breakfast got a little loud at times so we enjoyed going to the opposite restaurant which was a little quieter and smaller. Perfect for us.

    Would recommend
We stayed in room 7006 for reference

  2. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful. It is our first time staying at this hotel and when we experienced a power failure in our room the staff worked hard to re-locate us. The variety of food is very good and the choice of different restaurants makes it more varied and enjoyable! Being adjacent to the promenade is great if you like walking beside the sea with beautiful views.
All in all a very good hotel.

  3. Lovely stay in fabulous hotel. Rooms are lovely. Hugo on the entertainment was fabulous and so entertaining. He was very patient when I was rubbish at all the sports. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bistro cafe is particularly good for lunch and Mike’s coffee shop dies the best cake ever! Lovely chilled holiday. Thank you

  4. Really good all round.

Food needs to be severed hot. It never is served hot enough.

An adults pool which heated is a must. We were in a privileged room and I think a heated pool for adults only would make this hotel far better.

Staff work hard and are very friendly.

Choice of wine is great. And variety of food is brilliant but the hot food must be served hot.

    Spa was great.

  5. Pleasantly surprised!
We booked fairly last minute on a bit of a whim and didn’t really know what to expect. But so far so good. Check in was swift, and drinks and nibbles were offered straight away. The fizz was actually very nice and personally I loved the sweets available too.
Food has been delicious and plentiful. Bars offer a ride range of drinks, all proper labels too.
The location of the hotel is perfect for those wanting to relax with beautiful views.
