  1. Very bad experience. Don’t go to the bar/restaurant anymore. As external.customer you cannot enter, buy or sit there anymore.

PS: I have specified very clearly that the hotel made a distinction between externals and their own customers… I have all the rights to rate the catering services even if I did not reserved a room and rest assure I will never do. Better if you go to Letsos Hotel … there you are welcome even if you are an external customer.

  2. This hotel is NOT a 4* star hotel.
    Staff helpful but no smiles.
No lift to second floor so expectation that two x 22kg bags can be carried with no problem.
Food excellent but area to view and help yourself to food is incredibly cramped.
Dining room triples as dining room (low quality aesthetic for a supposed 4*), snack area and bar.
One bar (next to pool) in the whole hotel.
Many things out of order for full duration of holiday.
Rooms are basic – no art on the wall where a picture would make the world of difference.
Shower is a dribble that creates a paddling pool for a bathroom.
First night experience included being woken at 3am by a young woman outside our room, drunk and sobbing on the phone to a man who was clearly dumping her. Security eventually moved her back to her room following threats of calling the police – this of course is not a reflection of the hotel but gives you an idea of the calibre of guests which unfortunately this hotel has attracted.
Views and location are brilliant but not enough to warrant the above.
    Steer clear.
For perspective, we stayed end Sept 2022.

  3. The atmosphere in this hotel is great. The Sea view is one of Zakynthos’ best, you will not find it anywhere else.
Especially the friendly Olga made our stay unforgettable. She notices everything and is always around to help where needed – she works very hard and is willing to listen to and chat with the guests at any time, even when she is busy.
Also a shoutout to Konstantina and Mario working behind the bar – they make the best cocktails; always with a smile.
Zoi, the Duty Manager knows how the handle situations and solve them properly, which is very much appreciated.
Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday perfect.

  4. Hotel is fantastic. We are a family of a 1 year old and 8 year old. Hotel rooms right next to everything so not far to walk.
Food is fantastic and loads to pick for everyone. We have an allergy baby for dairy and gluten and he’s well catered for including almond milk for him.
Food from chips, Nuggets for the fussy eaters right up to steak , chicken, pastas and desserts .
I have never heard a sound from the kids as there is drinks and kids ice cream app day . So for 3 days now I have heard those words I need a snack or I am hungry.
We are right on the beach and great for swimming in.
Great location for shops and bars .
    Great Hotel find 😄
    Lifts to every floor level.

  5. We went 22-29 October 2022 and it was our best holiday yet. We had two rooms attached with our kitchen and bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean. The cleaners were amazing and came in every day and cleaned everything. The bedding was fresh and clean, we never had to ask for anything. As it was all inclusive, there was food available nearly all day, and the selections were plentiful. There is a full salad bar with lots of salad choices then another hot section with at least 10 choices at every meal, different each day and a smaller kids section. Lots of fruit and drinks all day, ice cream whenever you want. The eating areas were spotless and the staff are none stop constantly cleaning, even during their quieter periods. There is one bar, but you never wait more than a minute for a drink, and there is plenty of none alcoholic drinks too. There is one large pool and then a smaller toddlers one, which the kids loved! My son was in the pool for hours and hours, he kept nipping in for drinks then back in. It all feels safe and there were no stresses or worries. There were plenty of Sun loungers, always some available, and lots of shaded areas if your not keen on too much heat like me. You step straight into a beach and the sea is lovely and warm. You can go up and down the beach and find plenty of other things to do even during the last week of October. You can leave the front of the hotel for a good walk filled with night life and shops, again even during the last week of October. The temperatures never got below 19 when we sat out at night, the day we got there was 27 and then stayed consistent at 24 for the rest of the week, so we all got plenty of sun and wind down time. Such a beautiful place, we throughly enjoyed it the staff were lovely and we can’t wait to go again next October. Highly recommend, it’s like a hidden gem.

Staff really do make this a super place to be. Food for breakfast is excellent and with plenty of choice. Lots for kids to do in their own splash pool. One thing negative was the fact that some beach sellers slipped by Staff and came right to the pool where you are trying to relax, mentioned to Hotel Management and they say they will address this. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody.

We only came bed and breakfast hence the 3 star service. The location is perfect, right at the end of the main strip so it’s peaceful through the day and a 5 minute walk to the main area for an evening. The pools are brilliant and the splash park with slides for older kids is perfect upto around 14 year old. The back drop is absolutely stunning and worth the money just for this. Breakfast with a view is a massive understatement. We would definitely come back (still got 2 days left of our holiday too 😁)

Very clean and quiet rooms. Spacious and quiet grounds with no crowds. Perfect setting, right on beach. Only disappointment was that hotel website (and Tui who we booked through) both said day time entertainment and kids club but there was nothing for the kids (apart from small water park). Kids needed some entertainment and that’s a reason we picked this hotel.
Short walk to great bars and tavernas.

Stayed last week of August in a Swimup Superior room.
Room was clean and continuously cleaned throughout our stay.
Staff were extremely polite and the devices we made use of were to a great standard.
We went breakfast only, and there were plenty of meats, eggs, breads, fruits and veg available.
They have a snack bar open 10-6 (included pictures of their menu without prices as it could vary next year) where you can eat in or take away.
Location also has a mini market on site, open to 11.30 or midnight.

There wasn’t too much entertainment going on, but it’s only a few mins from the main road with plenty going on. I ended up preferring this as it made the hotel nice and quiet in the evening.

I have already recommended family for next year as I know this location and hotel will suit.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay. We were very lucky to have been given room 125 which was in one of the front blocks overlooking the beach. The room was very clean, large and had air con, wifi, TV, fridge, kettle, cups, tea spoons, glasses and also a hair dryer. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with a shower screen (not normal in a lot of Greek hotels) a wash basin and toilet. The room was cleaned and bedding and towels were changed frequently. We were on a B&B basis and there was a large choice of food for breakfast, all of which was very tasty and nicely displayed. There is also a small supermarket on site which is really useful for buying day to day things like water and snacks. There is also a pool bar open from 10:00 -18:00 which also serves food. A great hotel and great location we will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely stunning spot by the water, tree covered tables, peaceful spot, ambient music, impeccable service from the 1,000 waiters and waitresses. However, the food is pretty mediocre-good(ish). We didn’t try the desserts. We had better food elsewhere at 1/3rd of the price, so if you’re looking for a romantic, stunning spot for a special occasion, but are not too fussed about cost or spectacular food, definitely go.

This restaurant is well located. It’s car park is located close to the main road. The entrance to the restaurant is located down the stairs (beautiful). The restaurant offers a beautiful view. The food is delicious and the service is varies from good to excellent, depending on the waiters.

Romantic beachfront restaurant with nice music and the sound of the sea. Perfect for our 25th anniversary dinner celebration! The seafood was fresh and delicious, beautifully presented. The suggested wine was spot on. The service was professional and at the same time very friendly. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Really bad hospitality and service, a real tourist trap. They sneakily try to upsell you water for 7 euros a liter and try to push you to drink more wine by by constantly pouring your glass full. Which gets really annoying as well because they are on your table every minute. When told to the waiter that was not the service we wanted he reacted full of himself that they always offered 5 star service. 1 star service if you ask me, and such a pity for my birthday dinner..and then when the bill came the waiter was so rude to ask for a tip even though our complaints. What a foolish service and Food was good but overpriced and didn’t make up the above. So many other way nice places to go to so wouldn’t recommend at all!

First of all a beautiful location, what else can I say. Nicely located, right on the water with a cool breeze of air.blowing from the a adjacent marina. Of course, the pebble beaches are artificially constructed, the plastic is already showing up from under the gravel, but that does not detract from the otherwise tastefully decorated establishment. The service is quite pushy and will force-feed you water, which turned out to be 7 euros per bottle and unashamedly asks for a tip at checkout. The food was good, but not outstanding; we have eaten better in at least three places on the island. As far as we are concerned, this therefore does not account for the level of the prices. What we found to be the most intriguing, is what the term ‘bio /organic’ refers to which the restaurant carries. At several places on Zakynthos we ate delicious and at a better price-quality ratio, where we were assured that all ingredients were local and often from their very own farm. This restaurant therefore, is not unique in this regard, but is in the location and the prices that come with that apparently. 2 out of 5.
