Very impressed with the rooms and pool area. The whole place is very clean. Slightly disappointed having to use swim hats in the indoor area. Definitely something that could be fixed, and possibly the least clean area we used. But still 5 stars for me. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Convenient location with a few local places to eat/drink.By ian dickinson (5 months ago)We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the main pool. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. We found the location of the resort OK but a bit isolated if you didn’t have a hire car although there are regular buses in each direction and always taxis waiting nearby. The small beach was only a 2 minute walk away and there were a handful of small restaurants 5 mins walk away. Only down side was the poolside music which wasn’t to our taste and sometimes went on late into the night. There was entertainment on 4 nights a week which was a decent standard.By Ian Martin (5 months ago)Absolutely love the staff here, so happy and attentive. Pablo in the restaurant is such a hard worker. He never stops! AJ is lovely and Louis on reception. All the reception staff are happy to help. Nice heated indoor pool in December. Clean apartments and close to restaurants but the restaurant in there is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!By Emma Ralls (3 months ago)Great service from the front desk staff. Went for a 1 bedroom apartment which was excellent, large balcony with table and 4 comfortable chairs and a good solid bed. Really well equipped, actually it had everything you could think of and more. Extremely clean. Credit to the housekeeping staff. WiFi worked but could be improved. This is my go-to place for this are of Spain now.By Vince Vince (3 months ago)This was our third visit to the resort. The facilities are excellent. The local bus services are good so we didn’t bother with a hire car or use taxis. We even had a day out to Gibraltar by bus. The resort is fairly easy to get to by train and bus from Malaga airport too.By Keith Strugnell (3 months ago)

A historic hotel building, very nice Arabic architecture inside the hotel.
Great view of the city. Price is a little bit high, but I guess it is worth it.
Very close to the Alhambra castle. Kind and helpful staff. Nice and clear rooms. The terrace view of the restaurant / bar is amazing.
Very good brunch, with much variety and good service (worth it expensive price 25 EUR)On negative side: beds were not comfy, Shower needed some repairs (it’s really new, but has some design issues).
The first floor smells like cigar smoke, although it’s smoke free.
The restaurant food was good but SUPER expensive!By Pooyan Khajehpour (6 months ago)Very nice hotel, with excellent customer service and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel design is amazing and historical. The rooms are nice and clean. The views are beautiful, and there are lot of amenities in the hotel. The location is perfect to visit Alhambra palace, however, it is difficult to go to other attractions because it is up the hill.By Salman Aloraier (4 months ago)This place is perfect! The staff are the friendliest we have found on a 20 city trip across Europe. The food is amazing. Something as simple as the toast, which is seasoned with local herbs. Every request we have made (including 1 day laundry) has been met with kindness and helpfulness. The views are obviously amazing as wellBy Jennifer Ramirez (6 months ago)Great location, walking distance to Alhambra palace, beautiful view, clean, but….do not order single room if you want some space!! I didn’t know what the term refers to so I said sure, queen bed has to be a decent size room. It was smaller than a cruise room, is the best comparison I can come up with. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything else. Another thing; if you have health issues, you will take a taxi to and from the hotel to town. It’s on a steep hill, with a beautiful view 🙂 Also, the breakfast was excellent but the menu for lunch and dinner was somewhat limited. We loved the view so we overlooked everything else !By Anca Balinisteanu (6 months ago)This is a grand hotel that will transport you to Morocco. Its Moorish architecture is just beautiful. But I had expected the exterior to be nicer. The products and finishings are top quality. Nice big bed, bath tub and they even provided a bottle of wine and cookies as welcome. I won’t mind staying here again if we are visiting Alhambra again. If only the hotel has a spa, that would make it 6*.By Matt K (4 months ago)

Very peaceful location with a friendly team that makes your stay a great one. On site Mexican restaurant is brilliant. Only four stars as I think there is some room for improvement.
Buffet options were good but could have been cooked better on occasion.
The map provided at check in could be more detailed as navigating the hotel on first night can be confusing.
The animation crew are fun but on occasion forceful to get people involved which is annoying if you’re not interested.
Some of the evening entertainment was amazing but some of it was not so good.
Would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to come back if there’s a good deal on.
This was a brilliant hotel. Went all inclusive, great choice of food, available at all times. Pools were lovely and some of the entertainment was very good. The only slight drawback was the distance that the hotel was from the shops in Playa Blanca, it was about a 50 minute walk each way. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Would certainly go again.
Nice Hotel food good and plenty choice we were all inclusive drinks free in bar till 11pm and then in snack bar all night along with food.
A bit far out for my liking if you didn’t have a car.
We got a good deal so all in all definitely worth going.
From entering into the reception I knew it was going to be as good as last time we stayed. Staff were very efficient and helpful, our room was great and had a sea view, very large room with very comfortable beds. Food was amazing and always hot. Drinks were free flowing and good quality, room was cleaned every day and to a high standard. We had a fantastic week there and would definitely recommend this place.
Reception staff efficient , friendly and helpful. Booking in very professional.
The layout of the hotel and signage can be a bit confusing. Our room was great, overlooking the ocean, with 2 large single beds. Spotlessly clean with towel change daily. We had an all inclusive break, royal standard? so we had a free mini bar , free water daily, free safe in the room, which comes with air conditioning at no extra cost. There was a large balcony with furniture, The sun was on the balcony all day long. The food was good for buffet style , it was not difficult to obtain a meal to your liking. Plenty of salads, pizzas, fish and hot / cold meats dishes.
The large selection of bars and entertainment meant that you can choose from a quiet one to a very noisy one. Good selection of drinks available. Free coffee /tea from vending machines.
All in all a very enjoyable experience.
The hotel is situated a good 20 minute walk or 5 euro taxi ride from resort center. The staff generally were very friendly and efficient. It is a very large complex and extremely busy so a bit of patience may be needed at times.
