A beautiful and somewhat isolated resort with its own private beach. Getting here can be a bit pricey and rough if the waters are choppy but the resort itself along with the staff are excellent. You get a warm welcome as soon you get off the ferry. The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities. The beach villas are definitely worth the upgrade. The water around the resort is very clear and clean. The beach looks a bit rough during low tide but that wasn’t an issue at all. Everyone at the resort is extremely helpful with planning your day and where to eat. All the food I tried at the resort was good especially the breakfast. They have an incredible selection of both local and continental dishes. There’s a small village you can access behind the resort which also has a couple really good dining options if you feel like venturing out. I would 100 percent recommend this resort to everyone.

This was one of the most memorable stay we had. We bought the ticket 2 days before, didn’t even do enough search about this property and surrounding, turned out we loved it. Great service, great feature (they have app for our better experience during our stay!) , great sunrise, super clean room, AC works properly, amazing beach, super friendly staff, and outstanding spread of breakfast buffet! Would definitely come back!

it is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t expect a real island experience here. they overcharge so much for airport pickup + ferry, and I managed to get a private driver and ferry tickets for me and my husband at half the price they quoted us. that’s ridiculous, especially given how much guests already pay to stay there. on top of that, the only way to get to the resort is by long tail boat which they ALSO charge guests for. talk about a money making scam. you’d think being able to get there from the pier would be included in guest cost. and they only offer the paid service 3x a day.
bring cash!!! there is no ATM in the resort or in the little village behind it. of course the resort overcharges for everything, so again, a money making scam.
the staff isn’t very communicative and ignored us several times. they were fairly rude in my emails to them asking for info on how to get to the resort.
the shower in our room never got hot, even when we asked for maintenance to fix it.
this place isn’t worth the price. stay somewhere on the other side of the island. I was not impressed. I was there for a wedding and the bride and groom had to change rooms, it was so bad

This is a dream place. The best hotel I’ve ever been to, although I know some luxury ones and worked also in multiple 5 star hotels. The hotel is accessible only by boats, and sometimes, the tide can make it difficult to get on or off the boats when we arrive or depart. I simply can not find any negative point (ok the hair conditioner in the bathroom is not good at all), I will very probably be back one day in the near future.

We came here for our honeymoon, and it was the best stop on our trip. Nora and Toomey and the rest of the staff were incredible and were very attentive to the guests. The service is unbeatable and the views are unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to relax with their significant other and/or family and enjoy the beauty of Phi Phi Island.

One of the best resort i have stayed. I took sea view room, the view was mind blowing. Balcony view from the room was very calming. Restaurant had very limited vegan option. later they took customized order and cooked vegan sandwich for me. Thank you so much for that. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was one beautiful cat coming to our room when we open the door, it was so cute. I really enjoyed our stay.

We really liked our two-nights stay at the hotel. The standard was good and we got a nice deal trough booking online-better than at the reception. The rooms were clean and breakfast was really good, varied slightly each morning. Good distance to both long beach and the city (10-15mins walking both directions)
Some houses have a pretty rusty terraces and the resort is huge so you might end up quite far away from reception – prepare for some walking and get a mosquito repellent at hand. Our second day we discovered the toilet hose was leaking so they gave us a deluxe room which was a nice upgrade from our decent superior room. The bed mattresses were roughly the same in both rooms.
We had a nice time 🙂

It’s one of the last hotels on the beach front
About a 15 min walk to the pier. Covid has really ravished this place. The bones are good but it looks it went unmaintained for a long time. Our room definitely needed a face lift and a real deep clean to remove the water damage.
For a “resort” so far from the city center it needs to be very nice so you can stay to hang out. in it’s current condition I would not recommend. The staff were friendly and based upon the construction equipment around they are fixing it up so I’m sure in a few months it will be nice.

The front office girl in green t-shirt was a monster. She has no etiquette’s while talking to guests, is super rude and doesn’t give a damn about guests comfort. She is not at helpful and replies back with unhelpful and rude comments.

The resort is located very far about 1.1 km from the pier. The hotel provides transfers from pier. But we didn’t get the transfer back as the boat was unavailable. Due to the distance, you’ll have to walk there every time you come out from the hotel to the activity area.

The front office staff was very rude with us. The hotel charges Rs 500 baht/hour for every hour of late check out after 11 am. Yeah, it’s a lot!

The water quality in the rooms for brushing and bathing was not good. It was bitter and salty in taste. The water quality of the pool was equally bad.

The rooms were good with decent amenities. Though it’s an old property. Overall not recommended – please get another stay

Stayed two days which gave me amazing experience. Our room was on the hill. So the only problem was commuting. Also is very far from the pier, had to walk a lot.
But the hotel is on the beach, awesome balcony and nature. Amazing for relaxing ♥️

  1. Good experience & fantastic service. The swimming pool is excellent. The beach view is perfect from the front side of the hotel as they have made a relaxation space from where you can see the beauty of the Andaman Sea. The restaurant is also located just beside the beach.
Our room was not in beach side but still the front side of our hotel room was good. Room was neat and clean.

  2. There were ants climbing all over the towels in the room when we checked in and also bugs on the pillows and in the bed. Sheets were stained and dirty in places. We were moved room and the same thing, bugs crawling on bed near pillows. Would not recommend to stay here. Much better places on the island

  3. Please avoid at all costs!!! Hotel gave me a room which didn’t lock, safe didn’t work and mosquitos everywhere. When I asked to change rooms they laughed at me and was extremely rude. If you’re thinking of staying here, especially if you’re a female solo traveler please avoid it and stay somewhere that will make you feel safe. The hotel wouldn’t refund me so I ended up staying on a friends floor in another hotel.

  4. Pros:
    Staffs are courteous
    Rooms are good
    Service is prompt and great
    Breakfast is good
    Next to sea-beach
    Calm and peaceful
    Luggage pick-up/drop to pier

    Cons:
Around 1km from the pier and the central market area

  5. Room was okay. Washroom was not clean properly. Less water supply came from the shower 🚿. Toiletries was no properly labelled. Which one is shampoo and body wash no way to understand.
