Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay at.
The room was really nice and clean, sheets were white and crisp. They offer more than enough towels, including beach/pool towels.
The one weird thing was the beds on wheels that were very wobbly and moved easily from one side to another.
Food wise, the breakfast was good with a lot of options for everyone. The buffet dinner was a but disappointing especially for £23pp. Had to stop in for dinner 2 evenings as there was a thunderstorm so we didn’t have a choice. I would recommend going into Alcudia as there some amazing restaurants.
The pool areas are well kept and clean. The fact that they have an adult only area is really nice.
Be prepared to swim with duck as they are the hotel’s permanent residents. It can be weird at first but you get used to them.
I recommend thoroughly checking the invoice before paying as we were charged twice for dinner one night. We would’ve preferred to check it before paying but there were multiple people checking out at the same time so it was a bit busy. We got the invoice and returned to the reception desk where they were really helpful and a refund was issued, which we got 5 days later.
Additionally, the staff all over the resort is very helpful, cheerful and polite.By Andreea M. (6 months ago)Super friendly staff, lovely swimming pools and fab spa. However, two issues that are important for me: 1) there are no activities on tuesdays , but we pay the same as the other days that have some activities for children and adults; 2) no water fountain (not even in the gym) which mean that we had to use a lot of small plastic or glass bottles (there is water in the restaurant but is unclear if the water is not tap water and the restaurant is closed most of the day). Traveled with the family for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed this hotel. Nice staff that was helpful and always left you with a smile. Loved that the beach was so close to the hotel.
If I was to give any feedback it would be:
1. The cleaning of the rooms could be better. A number of times the floor were not cleaned that well.
2. The bar and cocktails. Why have all those branded good quality bottles on the shelf only to use the cheap ones that you hide at the bar. If I pay 8-10 eur for a cocktail I want it to be a good one. Didn’t order that much due to this.Otherwise, our stay was perfect! 🙂

The hotel is undersized where all the pools are packed with guests. there are no free dining tables at breakfast. the staff encourages people to go to Princess after complaining, which you shouldn’t have to do. on the weekend there is hardly any ice cream in the freezers thought you paid for all inclusive. You don’t get water refilled in the fridge inside the room, which you also have to complain about to get the matter fixed. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. my belief is that reviews on ving.se are paid. outside your bathroom window you found the compressors for your AC and in this case there are 4 which are for a total of two hotel rooms, unpleasant noise and heat that these generate when you open the window. worn mini golf course with associated equipment. You do not get towels every day for the beach/pool and the hotel rooms are not cleaned every day. I have been here for a week now and EVERY SINGLE DAY I have wanted to tan, ALL of the sunbeds have been reserved by not only a human but a towel! And when I say ALL of them I really mean ALL of them. If you want to lay on the beach, you can either lay in the sand for free (not nice) or you can pay to rent a sunbed. Everything was great as expected and I must say that the location is outstanding if you want to be close to the beach, just a couple of steps from the back entrance and you have your feets in the sand and the beautiful blue water in sight.
Alcudia Beach is really nice, I recommend a visit to the old town, especially on market days. The docks is also worthy of a visit.The only thing I would warn about is that if you book the hotel buffet prepare for a really high noice level since the hotel is focused on family’s with kids.
Giving it a four star rating since that’s what it is, not five star but not less either. Recommend for family’s with kids that appreciate having the (superb) beach really close

Lunch is plenty at the center of Alcudia. Rooms were nice and we found it more comfortable att stay att Princess than the big crouded hotel. Beach is write in front of you and you don’t need to be in the pool all day. Though I can say that gym have no option to wash your hands. One of the biggest comfort with the trip was that we could check-in our luggage in the hotel and don’t worry about it anymore.By asta stulgaityte (10 months ago)

All good but a few details didn’t make it 5 stars.
Walls paper thin – and floors! So pretty much every footstep, shower and furniture movement was heard either side & above.
English TV channels – 1!
Staff pleasant and good food selection for vegetarians (rare in Spain).
Gym – tiny. Restaurant – tiny compared to the massive complex.
Solid, practical hotel in a decent location a short walk from the Alcudia beach. Varied breakfast menu, decent quality. Lots of fresh fruit and a good selection of cooked food, cold meats, cheese. Nice wholegrain fresh bread. Rooms are a good size for a couple with separate bedroom and a kitchenette which had seen better days. Rooms were very clean, and tidied every 2 days.
We spent 6 days here at Alcudia Garden Aparthotel and we’re were extremely happy. The staff is super helpful and they remembered is from our previous stay! There are ample amenities (gym, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool) and it’s very well located in respect of the proximity to the beach.
Most of all, they’re amazing with kids; our prime reason for choosing this spot.
We will make this a yearly thing!
The room is really comfortable/clean and the outdoor pool area is so beautiful and chilled with a good bar. The buffet food really exceeded my expectations with a huge range of food and free wine/beer with meal. Staff very friendly. Very good for kids but I was there without kids and still enjoyed my self. 2 min from the beach and lots of resturaunts
It is rated three stars, but apart that the hotel is not new (some scratches), it is always clean and personnel is very friendly! Food is good and there are a lot of activities for everyone. Also very good for children! So I would rate it almost four stars as a hotel.
