  1. We had a lot of fun during the holiday. Especially the food was delicious. There were different menus every day, a large breakfast buffet, the bread and croissants were very fresh and delicious smells you can felt from the outside.
The rooms are cleaned very well and the pillows are very comfortable 🙂

  2. Amazing hotel, excellent buffet style food, friendly staff and good entertainment. Location is out of this world. Plenty to see and do even in late October.
Local restaurants are nice, excellent choice of foods with really fresh fish available.
Would definitely recommend staying here, nice and peaceful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over a long weekend and will probably come back for longer next time.

  3. So beautiful and peaceful place! Room and all facilities was so clean! All staff was so friendly and helpful including manager who made coffee for us before opening bar! I truly recommend this place and wish to come again!!

  4. Dear Labranda Management,
Whatever you’re paying your staff, double it. They were brilliant… the sort of people you could rely on in a zombie apocalypse. Obviously we weren’t in a zombie apocalypse but you get my gist!
    Thanks for a great stay,
    Cat and Meg

  5. We had a very lovely stay here, even without swimming weather. The hotel is on a little bay and very secluded – which makes it private and calm. The area is beautiful and since we had a car it was easy to get around. I can recommend this hotel – even though it was difficult to access everything with a stroller (lots of stairs). Rooms are rather small, but the big property makes up for it. The food was very tasty, plentiful and great selection. Something for everyone.
The staff was so kind and attentive, they even prepared us a plate with food in the evening since we arrived very late. I was super surprised by that. Thanks for this great vacation.

Stayed at the resort a week ago. Overall I would say it was a good experience, however there are some key things they can improve on to really impress guests and justify their pricing. The design and aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are nice, the pool is great, the area by the water is really beautiful. Some of the staff were less than helpful and almost had an attitude when serving. I’m not sure if the hotel was understaffed and they were just overwhelmed, but overall the customer service did not match the price point of the hotel.

The breakfast is great, food/dinner menu is alright, though I wish it wasn’t the same menu for both meals. Drinks are good.

I see other reviews mentioning construction. I did see construction sites near the entrance to the resort, but it was never an impediment on my stay. The room I stayed in was completely finished.

I would likely recommend this hotel to younger couples looking for a place to relax for a few days, but compared to other all-inclusives (in Mexico, etc) there are major improvements that need to be made in order for Places to be comparable.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. This was a perfect holiday for us. It had a great chill vibe, lots of comfortable beds, always available. Great breakfast options and the flexi availability for food and drinks was perfect for us as we like to eat at different restaurants on an evening so enjoyed using our allowance of soft drinks and cocktails. Improvements that could be made I would suggest more bins around the sitting area, although the waiters did regularly collect empties. Also a mirror in the bedroom above the dressing table.

Highly recommend!! It was an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, there is everything you can think of and more (including rose and oysters). Staff were super nice and friendly, a special thanks to Kresh who made our stay even better, he was always receptive and happy with lots of amazing recommendations about where to go and what to eat. We had a lovely experience in Stari Grad thanks to him and we look forward to coming back!

The location, pool and area looking out to sea are fantastic. Drinks selection is great and the €25 a day per person half board option is a really great way of handling food and drink – more hotels should do this!

Rooms are fine but are much closer to a 3 than a 4 star hotel and a little small. Bathrooms are especially dated and we had a nail sticking out from our balcony floor which wasn’t a great first impression!

Overall though this is a great hotel to explore the local area, offering quick and easy transfers to Hvar town and a 20 minute walk into Stari Grad. It is positioned as more of a “party” hotel however we did not see much evidence of this!

If you’re wanting to stay in Stari Grad this is a great option!

Overall a great stay and nothing to complain about! Good food, great cocktails and awesome views. The staff were great and really nice, but the service from Predrag was by far the best! He was just impeccable! Some negative feedback would be the small sizes of the rooms, but nothing to complain about if you spend all day by the pool anyway👍

Lovely stay at Elaphusa, 2 seaside rooms 218 & 214 with 2 teenagers for 10 days. Small and friendly hotel, lots of sunbeds to go around and nice pool bar with good service. Restaurant varied and fresh fruit fabulous. Perfect location for short walk to Golden horn beach and Bol town. Highly recommend 👌

We visited (two adults and 3 years old child) Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa for 8 days. Main reason why we chose the hotel was because it was near to the famous Zlatni Rat beach. We booked Premium seaside room.

The hotel arranged Split Airport to Bol transfer which took pretty long (around 3 hours). We arrived to the hotel 2 hours before check-in after long travel and our child was exhausted. Couple without child got their room early but for us they said we had to wait still 2 hours because they are still cleaning our room. After 2 hours and many other check-ins they said to us that our room wasn’t still ready! We had to wait 20 minutes more.. why didn’t you give room for family before all these grown up couples?

The room was renovated and it had ok view. We paid extra for better room and asked the best sea view, but still we got room with “barely” sea view. There was ants in the room, but hotel reacted fast to the problem. Overall the view was OK.

Cleaning of the room wasn’t that good and they never put new cotton pads etc. to the bathroom. No matter if you stay two weeks: survive with the stuff what they give you in the first hand.

We had half-board and the food was good even though after 8 days it started to be little bit too much the same. Drinks and cocktails were also good.

The holiday in Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa was enjoyable even there was problems, but I wouldn’t come back again. Too much hassle with the transport and everything and it’s not worth it.

Best hotel in Bol, I have been coming here for decades almost every summer. Its ideally located near the Zlatni rat beach on a beautiful walk way near the town. Has a nice outdoor pool, the food at breakfast and dinner is great. I recommend to everyone, especially families with kids – great mini club for them to enjoy

Best location – you can walk into town and to the beaches. Great breakfast with large terrace. Nice tennis courts, nice pool and bar. Room with sea view was nice, bathroom was tiny and a bit dated – but as everything else was great we did not mind.

The hotel is well located, the food is not bad, to be all inclusive, and the staff in the bar, restaurant, cleaning is very nice.
Didn’t like the way the afternoon reception staff treat us, the woman in reception had such a bad actitud and predisposition with guest, This is the main reason for the 3*
