We loved our stay so much we added a few more days. Unfortunately our 1 bedroom and full kitchen room wasn’t available but we still liked the guest room. Our room was clean and had everything we requested. Beach view from our room was beautiful. Stayed here for a little more than a week and my toddlers loved it. The beach was perfect for our babies to play in and we also did captains show which was very good! The restaurant on the property was very yummy and had very good calamari and the clam pasta was my favorite. Service was great everywhere on the property. The pool side food was not our favorite so we just ordered to go from the restaurant.By Pelenaise Malaga (2 months ago)My family and I love staying at this hotel. We’ve stayed there with and without kids and have always had the best time. The lagoons are great for kids because the waves aren’t too big. Other hotels seem so crowded around the pool but not here. There are 4 different pools, one connecting to a sand entry kids pool and we have never had a problem finding sun beds. There are daily exercise classes and kids activities. The on site store has just about anything you need or have forgotten to bring. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Big thanks to Victoria at the check-in desk who went above and beyond customer service on our last trip!By Sharon K (3 months ago)Our stay here was just ok.
The resort did have some great amenities. The pool and the activities are fun, and there’s plenty to see and do. The grounds and views were beautiful. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly.
We have a family of 7, so we had to have 2 rooms and rooms could not be adjoining.
The rooms are extremely dated and were dirty. When I asked about why the rooms were so dirty, I was told it was due to covid and they didn’t provide daily housekeeping. The couch sinking in and worn out cushions, the filthy carpets- everything was just beyond its expiration date. We asked to come for a time share meeting, and they asked us to invest in them even though they had no plans to invest in the upkeep and maintenance of themselves. I wasn’t sold.
We had just come from Turtle Bay, where we spent much less and got so much more. We were able to rent a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom that was a true ocean front. They offered daily housekeeping, clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Coming from that to dated for more money made our stay here even less impressive.
I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.By J Sauls (5 months ago)I stayed here 4 years ago and felt like I had a more magical experience than this go -around. The pros: the grounds are lovely, the beach is calm and beautiful. there are plenty of pools with lots of chairs, I enjoyed the exercise classes. The cons: housekeeping never came one day, and for the price you are paying to stay here in a villa, no service should be overlooked. The next day we had a plate of pastries on the counter for breakfast which housekeeping threw away before we got to eat them for breakfast. The guy at the towel hut was difficult about how we didn’t have our towel card, which was never explained to us at check in. No one told us about a towel card tucked in amongst the room keys. We were given our VIP package of coupons and when I did the online reservation for the airport private lounge club perk, I was immediately called back to say, “sorry, it’s full, you can’t use it.” The rooms are looking pretty dated at this point. Overall, the stay lacked a little luster as when I was here 4 years ago.By Alisa Hall (3 weeks ago)It was such a very nice place for relaxation. All the staff that we’ve encountered and met, from the receptionist, housekeeping and maintenance guys were very nice. The 2 maintenance staff, gave us dried pineapples. Wow! There were so nice to all visitors. Highly recommendable to stay for vacation.By Amazing Yagz Channel (6 months ago)

Had a wonderful time at the resort. Really bright and minimalist aesthetic, but wonderful landscaping and the adult-only infinity pool was fantastic.
Rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. A bit on the bland side in terms of decor – I’d prefer wood floors throughout, rugs instead of carpet, and a bit more color or character to match the luxury of the rest of the resort, but not a deal breaker.
Staff was really kind and welcoming, and service was great!
Would love to see a romantic/quiet late night spot within the resort to have a nightcap or enjoy the night air, however. Everything closed a bit early.
By Trevor S (a month ago)This is by far the best hotel my family and I ever stayed in! Everything was perfect! Cameron at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and was very detailed in giving us information about the hotel! And was upfront about the taxes we had to pay for the hotel! The services were very organized and it was easy to get a reservation at Mina Fish House through Open Table or simply talking to a representative there at the restaurant! The food was very good! Breakfast at Noe was great too! The pool services was organized and efficient! The room my family and I stayed in was outstanding and well maintained! The hotel is pricey but it is worth it if you are looking for great services. No other hotel is better than the Four Seasons in this area! Don’t waste your money next door at Disney! Four Seasons is the best place to be!By Dwight Ruffin (3 months ago)This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! I was literally hugging the staff the day I checked out. Their customer service is unmatched in the industry and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms are clean and they offer housekeeping in the morning as well as turn down service at night. Each day at the pool we enjoyed poolside services and were constantly being checked on. Every person who works at this resort is friendly and caring and I felt like they were my actual friends by the end of my 10 day stay. Special shout out to Cameron at the front desk and Heidi at the poolside bar. They were exceptional!!! I cannot say enough good things about this resort. I cannot wait to go back and visit.By Cherice Chavez (6 months ago)Best hotel ever! & hotel of my choice forever! The four seasons has it all amazing service and they go above and beyond for the guests (my hubby and I) their properties are exceptionally maintained, the property in Maui and in a Oahu have lush landscape and beautiful styled rooms with all the comforts you could possibly need, and the restaurants are five star that serve fresh delicious offerings.
The extra little touches that they provide complementary fruit cups at the pool and ice water with amazing service. The staff is always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable have everything you need are friendly and want to make your stay is everything you want it to be and more.
This was my husband’s first time experiencing The Four Seasons and he is now a believer he knows why I love this hotel so much it’s worth every penny!By Richelle Davidson (5 months ago)We have stayed here several times over the years, have always enjoyed it very much, and would continue to return. Personally, we enjoy being away from the downtown and going there when we wish. There are several great restaurants and bars on-site. We are especially fond of the fresh seafood and outdoor experience of Mina’s. We appreciate the adult pool as when traveling without kids and getting some well-deserved quiet time to decompress is essential. People here have always been friendly and very helpful.By Chris (4 months ago)

I expected “ok” because Disney isn’t my favorite, but even though checking in took too long, the week was a great time.
The rooms are very pleasant overall, only concerning factor is we have to clean some dishes that were already seemingly used by prior guests. For me, that’s not a deal breaker though. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable compared to many other places.
The service is incredible, no matter who the employee was they treated us well.
Location wise, it’s a great resort on a great island. The views from nearly every window are crafted to be a pleasant view and it shows.
I would give it 10 stars! Definitely the highlight of our vacation with our 3 kids! They enjoyed themselves so much, we had a blast in the pools, the slides and the lagoon. Parking was a breeze, they even have a small laundromat! (At supper time and after 11pm it’s mostly empty) And the sofa bed… SO comfortable! Might buy one for our house!
We went to the Character breakfast, which the kids really enjoyed! (reservations are at least a month before, or you have to put your name down at 6:45am – that’s what we did, but be there at 6:30 at the latest!)
We got upgraded to a partial ocean view, and it’s so stunning! The staff was so nice, and every time we called to get extra coffee, towels or toiletries, they gave us a bit more than what was asked. We loved our stay!
While the rooms are certainly showing signs of age (and need some refreshing), the outdoor areas of this resort are still incredible. The pools, lazy river, slides, and beach area are all well maintained and absolutely beautiful.
The spa at Aulani is one of our absolute favorites (and is arguably the star of this show):) The outdoor areas, especially the hydrotherapy gardens, are immaculate and peaceful. And, the actual massage services are some of the best we’ve experienced in all of our travels.
While we would have preferred more dining options on-site, the food we did have was pretty good. We appreciated that there were higher end options, as well as casual “grab and go” food.
We also opted to try the Aulani luau, as we’d tried another option during our previous stay. While the food served was mediocre, the show was both highly entertaining and engaging. We loved the storytelling aspect of the show, and we found the entire experience to be particularly enjoyable.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at Aulani, and we look forward to a next visit.
Pro Tip: Consider having some food delivered from the local Target for smaller meals and snacks. It could save you A LOT of money, as pretty much everything at Aulani is expensive.
I am a Disney fan so I was overall very pleased staying in this resort. We stayed for 5 days which was nice. We had an issue initially with our booking where we paid for a room with ocean view but we were placed on a room where all we can see was the palms. They were quick to resolve this, however they were also unable to provide us with a king bed (it was our honeymoon), so we had to stay in a room with separate beds.
The facilities are really nice, lots of kid friendly pools and activities. As adults, we really enjoyed the spa centre, which was equipped with nice sauna and spa baths. It was also nice to hangout by the infinity pool to watch the sunset on the beach.
The restaurants are fine, sometimes it was weird because they are closed so you would have very limited options on where to eat.
It was very interesting to see the Disney characters in Hawaiian shirts who come and interact with guests in the resort, especially in the restaurant.
Generally lovely and unique experience. Definitely won’t hesitate to stay again.
