  Visiting family decided to enjoy our last evening together on the patio here. Six adults and one child for dinner and drinks. My adult son climbed the stairs meeting the greeter with a ‘Hi how are you tonight?’ The greeter did not say hello, smile or welcome our party, she just said ‘how many?’ In a very unpleasant tone. We came in anyway and asked if two small tables could be placed together on the patio- same greeter said no – very abrupt and rude- my son looked at her and she explained it was not allowed due to fire regulations- the patio was at half capacity. We took our seats inside, halfway thru our meals on the other side of the dirty plastic divider we watched as a party of six sat down at two tables put together! The meals were mediocre at best, deluxe 1/4 pounder hamburgers were thin frozen patties. If not for our delightful and attentive server the evening would have been a total disappointment!! Looking for atmosphere and good food? Go elsewhere.

  Good service, accommodated our large group no problems. However, for two pints, two frozen burgers and frozen fries, we paid close to $75. Absolutely insane.

  $13 a beer and it’s not even a full pint. Food was clearly purchased from the frozen section of the Foodland next door. Wouldn’t complain if food/drink/service was reflected in a cheap bill but when you spend 115$ really has you scratching your head what did I just pay for? It’s clear that this place is geared toward one-time visitors. Preferred Tobermory brewery for the same price but we got more beer and better food. Next year will try Taste Kitchen instead.

  Been here many years many times in years past and things were always excellent! Very disappointed this year, seemed run down and understaffed. Most concerning however was the quality of the food. Even my teenage son left his food uneaten and that’s saying something! Many tables walked away after a very lengthy wait to even get a menu. Hope they can turn it around 🙂

  The food was excellent! Great portions. The staff was super friendly. Not sure if it was the owner or not but he came over to the table and told a story about how Ceasars were first invented! It was pretty cool! I’ve since shared his story twice. Would definitely go back.

  Such a beautiful location on the beach, great for a peaceful beach getaway. Why go to Mexico and the Caribbean when you have this place?
  I had an incident where my key was locked in my car with all my personal belongings and just short of pure panic, the owner, Mark and his friends jumped in and offered immediate assistance, going as far as getting roadside assistance on our behalf and ensuring that we were able to get into our car without breaking the windows. They were so welcoming and encouraging, I never had to panic… I am so grateful to these amazing people. I hope to see them when I visit this resort again soon!

  Mark is such an accommodating and understanding host. He had a first aid kit when I fell, set up shuffle board to play, and recommended great food based on my dietary restrictions! The rooms are walking distance to the beach to the point where I could go back to the room to get towels, change, etc, and not worry. Clean, and perfect for a staycation. Felt like Mexico if you don’t leave the little block the resort is on! Gorgeous! Am looking to book again already. Thank

  A perfect location!

  Thank-you for the amazing 2 weeks at your beautiful resort. My son and I loved it!
  Mark has struck the perfect balance of being an accommodating host without being Intrusive. Our clean and comfy unit came with a well equipt kitchenette. Everything you need and literally 30 feet from a beautiful beach, and walking distance to go karting, mini putt, an arcade, restaurants, and sundry beach stores. The sunsets were stunning and the warmth Mark brings to his resort makes you feel like your visiting family. We will be back!

  Great place to stay at, very friendly atmosphere and great people. ! Elegant and Comfy Studio Rooms are located litterly across the street from the beach ⛱️☺️. Mark is the best host and very accommodating. He has a dog name Charlie who is also a Gem.
  Pretty much the same the same thing I could say about this place ❤️(a hidden Gem inside Toronto)
