  1. Overall good experience. There was nothing in particularly bad about it but it wasn’t overly amazing either. The hotel room was very nice exactly as pictured could use a deep clean but wasn’t overly dirty. The property itself was very large and seem to have a lot of great amenities. Would recommend for anybody staying in the area for more than a couple days or with a family. Tons of activities to do on property as well as close to All sorts of different Orlando attractions

  2. This was a great resort to stay for a few days. It’s not far from Universal , local shops, stores are close by. They did have several pools on site, plus a water park which was dope.!!!! Rooms were very spacious, and the balcony was a decent size as well. The bathroom was amazing. Stand up shower and a jacuzzi for those special nights. I must say this was a good place to vacation.

  3. Awful. Rooms were dirty. Service was non existent, and they didn’t even offer house keeping.

We were NOT there on a time share rate so gladly didn’t have to go to a time share sales pitch. My guess is that they offer low rates to get families to try it out, but they have to suffer through a convincing sales pitch. Do yourself a favor and put away a few bucks a month and pay for your vacation to better places every year. Why lock yourself into any place (Monthly/Yearly fee) and an upfront fee (guessing at least $20K) for something you don’t own and can only sell at a loss, it doesn’t make sense.

Anyway, we tried to cancel our last night as it was pointless to stay at this dirty “resort,” but management was less than accommodating. Even our expedia rep couldn’t help get our money back for the last night. Guess it would have been better to book through a travel agent who could have at least steered us away from this place.

Don’t stay here. There are better hotels that are closer to Disney or Universal and are cheaper. (Sure the promo rates may be cheaper, but may have hidden costs and/or find yourself buying a timeshare you don’t need). We should have checked the reviews.

  4. Service was great 👍🏻 staff was polite and professional. Room was clean and updated everything worked no issues, we stayed at a villa suite, it felt like home away from home.
This place has several large Pools, and pools are the best part of this resort. We were out all day and in the evening just relaxing at the pools, no big crowds or issues.
The market place, fitness room, restaurant, and gaming area were well set up.
Overall a good wholesome fun experience.
    Definitely recommend this resort !

  5. The place was dirty. Broken dishwasher and stove. I had no hot water. I was told that if I was a owner I would have had better service. I missed out going to Universal with the kids because I was too busy fixing the issues. Brought food to cook that I could not take back because I was flying back home. The stove did not work and could not replace it in time. Minor. The sliding door did not close properly, and the ac had the weirdest setting . I tried to speak to corporate, and they ignored my situation. Don’t waste your money. You will regret spending $79( sale price if you go to the presentation on time share) to 200 a night. The river was dirty … very dirty. The other pools were nice but not safe for very small children. It jumps from 3 feet to 5. Good luck.. but be warned. Finding parking when busy is horrible. You have to go to the garage and then get a drop to the building. I did not like the lack of polite customer service with some staff. Not helpful when something is wrong. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

My family and I had the best time at Coco Key! It is a great family fun hotel in Orlando, in a great location. We were really impressed with the water park and the quality of the water slides, and I love that half of it is covered so a little afternoon rain doesn’t ruin your day. My sons loved the arcade area, and there were a good amount of food and drink options. Our guestroom was very clean, we booked the King Studio which had bunk beds and I thought the upgrade was absolutely worth it, our kids had just as much fun in the hotel room as they did at the rest of the hotel. Ultimately the resort is a great value with the amount of amenities included. My family will definitely be staying again!

The people at the front desk are super friendly, they explain everything very well… The swimming pools are excellent, though! the slide in the middle DOES NOT WORK (they should not put it in the photos… The room, good cleaning when they were not delivered, but the services are super poor, they only give you towels and take out the garbage, they do not put shampoo, conditioner or paper and they don’t clean the bathrooms… The dining room woo we loved that, the breakfasts are great, plus the girl who works there is super friendly, her name is ANA, there was a guy who is also very nice, but we didn’t ask him his name 😔… I would go back to stay here, I recommend them 🥰

We just just. The kids absolutely loved it. The water park and slides were awesome. They have an arcade on-site. The resort was clean but it is older and has a slight “mildew” smell. The room came with a small refrigerator no microwave and small coffee pot. The towels are child size I would recommend adult size towels for the room. I would also recommend microwave’s for the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. You will meet a lot of friendly people from ALL over the world and your children will be able to exchange addresses for pen pals. You are within walking distance to food and attractions. Sea World is a couple miles away and Universal is about a mile away.

This is an old hotel. But the room was nice and the bed wasn’t bad. It was clean and the pools were great. I can see bringing a family here for a few days. My only complaint is the smell in the parking lot. Smelled like sewer, also on our way to their water park in-between the hotel it smelled. Gross is all i can say. The housekeeper were great also.

Here for 14 nights, our expectations were not great due to reviews across several places, HOWEVER, We were pleasantly surprised, reception clean n tidy, staff very friendly everywherein hotel, pool area’s very clean. Rooms very clean. Yes some the decor is a little scuffed, we also had a leak during the tropical storm, contacted reception, we were moved to another room within 10 minutes (allowing time to pack). I would happily stay here again.

I did a pick up order yesterday, to only have it delayed 3 hours.. then I finally get the text it’s ready , I drive there to sit for over a hour for them to bring it out to me even though cars next to me get their stuff brought out multiple times there and gone before mine comes out. I get home to see this is how they packed my car with all the heavy stuff on top.. my boxes of food were squished and now busted open.. this is just unexceptable ! I understand the PTC a Walmart is closed due to the fire, but this is common sense!

First off the Newnan community has to be some of the nicest folks telling me my tire was going flat while we were out buying new things for our soon to be an dinner with family. So I stopped by this Walmart to get air when I noticed a nail, I went inside to hopefully get a tire repair so that we could be on our way and I get told you gotta have an appointment? And that was for Monday at 3pm. It’s Saturday am I supposed to sleep at the hotel across the street? What if I were a traveler going any distance longer than Walmart to get to a destination with not a lot of cash to be doing so? We been doing that since covid started. Those people are still capable to come with covid when it’s a appointment. Had 3 employees smoking a cigarette in their area, 2 walking around on their phones an 1 sniffling behind the counter with no mask Incase of possible covid so you definitely aren’t being considerate when you’re employees weren’t doing nothing. If a zero star was possible you would get it.

The main store manager at the newnan location. When speaking with him he said he just moved from Texas

He is the most unprofessional immature person I have met in a manager position. You have NO conflict resolution skills whatsoever
I am positive you haven’t had a proper education either. Walmart must be extremely desperate for you to be able to treat customers and employees the way you do! Yes employee also agree you are a horrible manager also.

This manger guy has no temper control his way to confront a problem is to get mad and end the conversation when there’s no resolve

Take your punk, immature, self back to Texas customers get upset there’s tons of customers that aren’t happy with multiple different businesses, including mine when a customer is upset I don’t get mad at them and get upset back and try to bully them.

feel safe stay in your store trying to bully people employees
because if you were doing it outside of the store to be a completely different story dude.

This place is god awful! Refused to sell me mulch because the online information said they were out of stock. They had pallets of it in the parking lot! The lady acknowledged that it was out there, but couldn’t understand because it said out of stock online and refused to sell it to me. Complete waste of my time.

90% of employees are on the phone or listening to music. Cashier on a video call…

    Store was clean and organized.
